Drove there for a notary and was rudely told that guy is on a training and they don’t want to pull them out.

Been a member for over a decade. It took AAA more than 8 HOURS to send someone out. Was originally supposed to be there at 6pm, no one called until 2am when I was already long since asleep.

I was surprised to see the reviews for this place and have no idea why folks are down on this place. I came in the early AM on a weekday morning and had a good experience getting my AAA tow insurance set up here. The office was clean, there were ample places to sit, it was air conditioned nicely and the friendly lady manning the receptionist desk was professional. In addition, the account rep that helped me set up my insurance was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and QUICK. She explained every plan available, was thorough, efficient and helped me set up autopay. Boom! Was in and out of there in 30 minutes or less. Thank you AAA!

When I get the time I'm canceling my insurance policy and finding another. Everything with AAA has more hassle than necessary. They carry on about all of these self assisting tools online and on the phone, which is honestly what I prefer since I abhor making phone calls after work YET anytime I need to take care of something basic, I still have to call because their tools aren't comprehensible. Their site and app are the most antiquated tools I deal with. I swear they haven't been updated since the 90s. I've been a member for nearly four years now with autopay set up since day one. Randomly I'll log into the site, if it's working, and my account will show I haven't paid my car insurance days AFTER they were supposed to auto draft it. Then I go ahead and pay manually all for them to draft it twice right after and tell me they can't refund me. Strange because if you want to use a different payment for autopay you apparently have to tell them two weeks in advance otherwise they can't override their own system. They don't cover rock chips in Texas, the land of rock throwing pickup trucks. Someone hit my car at work while I was inside and when I called to report it they told me there was nothing they could do about it, to pay my deductible first and they'd see. Not to mention the guy on the phone kept asking me if I knew who'd hit my car when I'd already said I didn't as I was INSIDE WORKING. My policy increased a whopping $70 this year and when I called to see why I was told they're charging their own members more "in case" we get hit by uninsured drivers. Clearly it's cheaper and more beneficial to have no insurance at all. Today is the last straw. My renter's insurance was due but every time I logged into pay it the site said they were "performing maintenance ". I ended up paying my renter's insurance over two weeks ago. They took my money over two weeks ago. They sent me a confirmation over two weeks ago. Yet I received a phone call today while at work claiming my insurance has been canceled due to non payment and I need to call and set something up to cover the lapse. Come on now!

I don't know what i was expecting but i had to get an international drivers permit and figured t it would be similar to a driver license experience and it was completely opposite. The service was fast and friendly!

I was hit by a policyholder, and it took over a month to get the answers needed to get my car fixed. I was nice until the Manager wanted to basically call me a liar and ask me where my car was getting fixed. I am not from here and up until today I was calm. He was rude. They OWE me money, not the other way around. It is crazy to be treated so poorly by a company you actually do business with in other aspects. I was insulted and it was unnecessary.

This has been one of the worst experiences. My car stopped on 145 South in Centerville Texas. I called AAA at 2:02 pm. It is mow 4:39pm. and no sign of a wrecker. My car is off the feeder in a dangerous place not to mention it is cold and raining. I called to speak to supervisor and I have been on hold for over 14 minutes and still waiting on line. Why do we have to pay for service like this!!!!
