They just charged me 16% for cashing a check...I don't know about other people, but it seems too much to me.
The check was only for $50, but it's still too much......after demanding that they return the check to me and waiting a while, they lowered the charge to $3......thank you very much..... very kind

Do not come here. Place is a complete scam. I should have noticed when I didn’t see any prices for the services in the building. I went to cash a simple check I received as it was the weekend and the banks were closed. They didn’t tell me the fee or mention it until AFTER the check was cashed. I was charged a whole 70.65 to cash a 587 dollar check!!!!! Next time, I’ll wait in that long Walmart line.

If I could give 0 stars I would. There's a whole lot of laziness and incompetence from the employees here. I went in and there were 2 women and one man. One woman had someone at her window and the other 2 just sat there looking at me without calling me up, so I asked which window do I go to. The indian looking man made a face and the other woman who also looked indian just waved her hand so I went to her window. I could barely understand her and she clearly didn't understand me in english so I tried spanish and she just stared at me with her mowpee face. Which is interesting since most of the customers there were all mexican speaking spanish. When I explained what I needed to do she kept making mistakes and I had to correct her, then the other woman had to chime in like she knew everything but yet failed to help in any way. The male employee was just as bad in speaking clearly. I decided to take my business else where. I would not reccomend this place at all.

Sal (probably not his name) took more than 1% from my check and when I asked for a receipt he gave me someone else's receipt. on the other persons receipt they had a check more than the one I cashed and still had less money taken out. When I wanted to cancel to check being cashed "Sal" told me it would void the check and I wouldn't be able to use it cash it anywhere else. hen i called another location they confirmed More money was taken from my check then they should have and to go back to this location to get them to reverse it. Now the owner is refusing to answer my call. If I could give zero stars I would. I wonder how many other people he's taking money from.

The girl who answers the phone is obviously fed up with her job. I called because I was looking for a certain location and this address keep pulling up. She has hung up on me more then 5 times now and I have not even been able to ask my question. She needs to be fired and she is very rude!!!! If you do not like your job nor helping people then you need to stay home and not come out of your house. If she were employed any where else she would have been gone by now. That why she will be stuck in these kind of jobs with that horrible attitude. I called on 02/23/23 at 3:36 p.m trying to speak with a manger and all she does is hang up on me does not even allow me to speak. She lucky im a nice person anyone who go up there. I will not waste my time on trash
