Placed an order for future date with an online order and there was some confusion about delivery. I reached out to the store and they were super fast in addressing my concern! Today the arrangement was delivered and needless to say it was above expectations!

Impeccable service. They took time to express the expectation and not only delivered but exceeded. I cannot recommend there service enough. Clearly outstanding service and product.As a rule, most people are quick to take their time to voice disappointment or lackluster service on a company or person in a retaliatory attempt. Well I am please to say that it is an absolute pleasure to take time to write a review for A Cut Above Florals as they EXCEEDED my expectations from both a customer service standpoint and a product standpoint. I have been an avid believer in sending flowers to loved ones not only on special occasions but for the just because you are special today occasion. I have rarely seen flowers of this quality from an arrangement standpoint to the actual flower quality. They take the time to talk about your needs and expectations and deliver the quality every time. They have a customer for life as long as they are in business and their location can deliver the flowers. For flowers that are above spectacular every time give them a call. If you want run of the mill flowers that will look ok without the wow factor, aroma or will only last a couple of days call elsewhere or just stop by the grocery store but if you want an arrangement that truly epitomizes art and your feelings give A Cut Above Florals a call.

I received these beautiful flowers Two days ago left outside my doorstep. Beautiful surprise to return home to. This is a first time I've received ruffled rose. Such a unique surprise on top of the unexpected surprise. Today (2 days later) I nursed them. And found thorns and wilted ruffled roses. It saddens me when I receive roses that a few of them included, are less than fresh/new. I call to give me compliments and feedback. An automatic voice system picked up, I disconnected before it completed, and called back to hear the entire auto recording. Doing so, someone picked up and hung up, and now I'm here on Yelp. My full detail is on the place card including my number, I would suggest that a cut Alice send some type of notification text or vm that arrangements has been delivered and left outside my door, especially since is complex and Texas Heat is in the three digests. Not a wise choice. -1 for wilted flowers Less than 24 hours. -1 for thrones left on roses -1 for not contacting call/text, that they were left at my door, in a vase. -1 phone service (hanging up, when you could've called back or just allow the message to play.

I was supposed to receive a get well bouquet. Instead, I got red roses and pink carnations with a card for a girl's 21st birthday. I called 4 times to get this corrected and as of today (day 3) this is still unresolved. I will never use this florist and will advise everyone to steer clear. They have disappointed two customers with this mix-up and it was supposed to be resolved yesterday, but no one showed up as promised.

My husband has been using A Cut above Florals for a few years now. I always get beautiful arrangements from them. Customer service is phenomenal. Whenever I have questions they answer it with honesty and clarity. The driver is always friendly, giving me advice on how to make the flowers last longer . I received some flowers that were dead, this place left off half of the note that was sent including who the flowers were from, also had the proper address but kept trying to deliver to some apartment complex instead of the large corporation where delivery was to be made. I contact them and so did the person who sent them and no response. We will never order from them again! Worst customer service ever!!!

I needed an arrangement sent over in the area and it was a great experience. The person who answered the phone was kind and friendly and they were able to get a same-day delivery. I scheduled a flower delivery on July 5th with 1800 Flowers but they neglected to tell me all the shops were closed that day so the flowers were delivered 2 days earlier while the recipient was at work. I was very frustrated with 1800 Flowers but decided to call the local florist. Roger was so nice and went above and beyond. He went back to pick up the flowers and then delivered them to her job!! I’m only buying flowers from this company from now on because they understand customer service!???

Pam and her husband were beyond great. She was spot on with the peonies flowers she ordered for me. They smelled great, and lasted forever. He showed me his patented seat belt maneuver, to secure the flowers without any spilling on the travel home.Top notch flowers, from even better people. I will absolutely return.

Sent some fresh flowers to my friend for her birthday. I didn’t want to go with a giant chain because you can never seem to guarantee quality with those guys. Unfortunately, I live in Austin and she is in Houston so I wasn’t familiar with any of the local Houston florists. After doing a Google search I chose A Cut Above and am so pleased that I did. My friend gushed about the quality and the design and couldn’t have more pleased. I even got a sweet thank you email from Pam at A Cut Above. Very happy shopper. Can not recommend the quality and value enough!
