I had recently been having problems with my car and needed help repairing it. I went to go look at local body shops nearby and I landed on A-1 Paint Body Shop. When I had first arrived, I was greeted with kindness as I could tell customer service was a big priority for this place, which was really outstanding to me. Surprisingly, when I was asking for the total price, it was much less than I had expected. I called other local body shops and they provided me an absurd price compared to A-1 Body Shop. I would definitely say that their low prices are great for their competitors nearby. When I received my car back from them, around a week and a half, the car was fully repaired and had a few small touches to help improve the exterior of my car, that I paid a bit extra for. I would definitely say that their customer service along with their detailed hard work is outstanding, but my only downside would be the time I had to wait for my car to be repaired.

This "Shop" Will charge you double for you parts. They cost more then the Dealer. The Owner Didn't have any problem telling me he overcharges to keep the lights on and pay his guys. To make up money for the low Quote they Destroyed my Lug nuts. ( Witch I Had to Replace At and extra cost of $10.bucks each.)

Very friendly owners. Here is how it went. I got an acceptable quote from a1. We agreed a start date and I dropped of the car. A few days later they asked for $200 more because all the retaining clips had broken and needed new securing clips that could only be purchased from the manufacturer. When I picked the car up, the paint match was good and the car looked nice apart from the spoiler lifting on one side and a couple of dark marks on the spoiler where they prised to remove it. They were very good about it and tried to fix it straight away. Unfortunately they made the mark worse and the car had to go back for a spot repair. The spoiler double sided tape was also peeling off so this also needed to be redone. Finally the car went in for the spot repair but when i went back to pock it up, i had a nice surprise. they had fully repainted the spoiler and perfectly replaced it in position. The car looked brand new. i was very happy in the end.

Came here for an oil change ! They have a big sign outside saying oil change for 19.99 . After taxes and all that extra it was like 25 bucks not bad . They offer plenty more other services there . The Mechanic Alex was very good . He knew exactly what he was doing . Very polite . Answered all my questions I had for them . They even reset my dash board oil change life for me ! Thanks guys for your awesome service . Next time I need an oil change I know where I'm going

I can't recommend A-1 highly enough. We've taken our Honda CRV to them twice, and both times the services has been professional, friendly, quick, and affordable. We were quoted more than $1,200 to fix the CRV's rack and pinion steering somewhere else; A-1 did it for hundreds less. The car needed a part that they hadn't anticipated, so the owner went to pick it up himself so our car would be ready when they said it would. The best part is they're honest about what your car actually needs, and give you options to fit your budget. As long as we're living in Houston, we'll be taking our cars to A-1.

Came in to get front passenger window replaced from a break-in. Also needed my brakes worked on. They quoted me a fair price for the window and informed of why I needed to get new rotors as well. They gave a ride back home so I didn't have to wait there all day for the car (and picked me back up when the car was ready). Austin and Jeff were both polite,courteous, and informative the whole process. Would definitely come back for other services in the future. I called two other places to get quotes,one never returned my call (if you can't even return a phone call- means I don't want to deal with you). The other was a dealership related shop and quoted an outrageous price. So my the three main factors that are important for me are: Courteous, Fair Price, Informative.....which A-1 all were. (Even went extra mile with transporting me back and forth)
