:“Decent Experience”,I visited this 7-11 gas station recently.The gas pumps were great.The store had a decent selection of snacks.The nachos were good.The customer service was actually pretty good.The staff were friendly and helpful,which was a positive aspect of my visit.I also tried the“Mr.Beast Bars.” ???⛽️?They were a nice treat.I decided to apply for a job as a restaurant assistant/associate!Fingers crossed I get the position!?

Worst gas station. Pumps slow, product all over the store floor, mobile check out never on, 15 people always in line. I unfortunately have the displeasure of working near this dump.

I'm here at 10pm on 4/4/24 and the cashier refused to give a paying customer on gas and air the password to use the restroom ?. She stated that she didn't have the password ?

The cashier candace regularly goes out in front of the store at night and is smoking drugs out of her crack pipe on a regular basis. I shouldn’t have to bring my children to the store and have them witness openly blatant drug use in my community. Needless to say I won’t be coming back here and will be letting my neighbors know what’s going on with drug use by the cashier at 7/11

you’re closed. yet you have your doors unlocked and your lights on. You even cancelled transactions from the gas pumps from inside when my credit card went through yet the clerk wanna sit inside eating chips having plastic chairs blocking the entrance saying “we’re closed” when it’s 24/7. okay you’re closed but why can’t i fill my tank? okay your closed but why are you getting paid to sit in a store that’s “closed” makes no sense. Fix your staff

The soda machines are never full the tea is often empty and they never seem to be in stock of well anything. Which is strange because if you just go a block away to the one on the corner of 1960 and 249 it is like night and day difference in the two locations. This is a super busy location so I’m not sure why it is so difficult to keep it staffed and stocked. I’m not kidding you I’ve never gone there twice and seen the same employee. Before they changed and updated this location the same employees have been there for years they knew us by name and we were always greeted like an old friend when we walk to the door. Now the employees seem confused and never friendly mostly or like they are being watched and scared to death to mess up. I don’t know what it is about the vibe in there now but it is really an unwelcoming cold feeling. versus when you go into the other 7-Eleven down the road and people are welcoming they greet you everything is fully stocked they have all the things you need for your coffee and the stuff is always super friendly. If this is a management issue or an individual franchise owner issue corporate should look into it because your employees should never look terrified if someone asks a simple question like are there lids for extra large cups. Maybe it’s an issue with training but again you should never see that look of a deer in headlights when you speak to an employee especially when it is every single employee for over two years now.

Worst service place ever. Everything is spoiled or out dated. Brought milk and tacos this morning. Got home to give my kids their milk and it's dated 10/01/23. Today is October 14. Come back to store to get my money back it's like they don't care. Go look at the rest of milk old milk all of them in their fridge. This is not ok. I don't care if it's just a corner store.
