It's 9:15pm and the girl working has the door locked. This happens at least 5x a week. She won't re-open until the next shift comes in. 24/7 my a**! It's the same girl every time. She has also ripped off people for lottery tickets claiming a ticket is a l**** and pocketing the money. I've seen it happen more than once. She's done it to me twice but won't show the ticket receipt nor will she return the ticket. You can't call either. Phone is not working or something else when you try. This store is the worst between 5pm and 11pm. You can't report anything to the mgras he doesn't believe you but also doesn't like women. Says they are inferior and know nothing. Big fat ZERO STARS.Let me add that when Kendra works everything is good. She's the best employee there. Unfortunately she works the overnight shift so most people don't get to know her

Absolutely trash. Pumps were ungodly slow. Not a single one would print receipts. I’d give it 0 stars if I could.

None of the ICEE tops fit any of the cups but they are working on it.

Went for coffee (more than once) and machine has been down. Older lady with grey long hair is always there and never willing to help. Multiple employees there she checks one the machine and says it need to be refilled and I said I can wait she replies "oh I have to assist other customers" .....so am I not a customer?Won't be to this 7-11 again

All the drink machines (soda, slurpee, coffee, etc) were empty/out of order. Someone literally shoplifted without consequence as I walked out. Never coming back to this location if I can help it.
