Be careful with this place, there are several things that say you get a discount if you buy more of that product. For example, I bought two 2 liter sodas the other day and I was supposed to get a dollar off. The register rang up both of them full price. I told the cashier that the sign says I get a dollar back and she checked and told me I was right but refused to give my dollar back. She said I would have to come back at 6 am in the morning to talk to the manager. I told her no that is not right and if they are going to advertise items with discounts and do not honor it, then that is theft. She still refused and I left upset. After a couple of days I went back there and the manger was in the back when I showed up. I kept the receipt in my wallet to show the manager and she walked with me to look at the sign that says a dollar off when you buy two. She said she did talk to the employee about it and I told her that was technically theft. The manager made a comment, that she did not agree. I then told her, it may not be a criminal offense, however, if you sell something to someone for more than what is advertised, then that is wrong. In other words, you are taking money that does not belong to you. She walked back to the register and gave me my dollar back. After getting what I came there to get, I decided to buy two packs of cigarettes for the discount that is advertised for the price when you buy two. I made it clear to the cashier that we need to make sure I get my discounts when I buy multiple items that advertise discounts. He agreed that they were overcharging me for cigarettes and called the manager over. She looked at the sign and said clearly they have gone up on price and told him to manually type in the discounts. He did as instructed and changed the pricing to the advertised price. Next the manager took the sign down afterwards and went back to the back.I am writing this because many stores are doing this, and in this economy it is important that I save every penny I can. Please everyone who reads this, check your receipts and call out all stores that choose to advertise lower pricing and notify them when the register charges full price. I have found this is happening more often than not and we all have to work together to keep stores in check in our community. In other words, they are robbing us legally by not honoring advertised prices because we are either distracted or trust that they are doing the right thing. I am telling you grocery stores are guilty too, not just the gas stations. I will be posting this on Facebook as well to inform the public!

I just wanted to applaud this store for all the positive changes that have occurred since 7-Eleven has taken over. Before this the location had a bad rap due to the terrible shenanigans the previous owners were putting over on people and I was even turned away for a while by that. I decided to give it another chance after 7-Eleven took over and so far in the past few months alone it has been very clean and I am always greeted when I walk in the door. The managers Bryan & Angie have taken charge and are always very helpful with whatever questions or concerns that I have. Because of this I will keep taking my business here for both gas and sundries.

So we stayed at the hotel next door and stopped here for some snacks, $40 worth. And the cashier that worked tonight (3/19) was rude as hell. Didn't say hi nothing and we put our shopping basket on the counter and she laughed and said "Oh, I don't take that stuff out". Uhh ok. Then she's like do y'all need a bag? We had like 4 drinks, bags of chips, candy and beef jerkey of course we want a bag. Oh and she apparently doesn't bag stuff either. Like what kind of service is that? We could have gone to Walmart, gotten more and paid less to be bagging our own stuff. I'm surprised she could be bothered enough to scan our items.

I had a great experience at the Katy 711 and I was hopeful about this location, since I now live very close. I went for iced tea. They have an iced tea machine but it looked like it had never been used. I settled for a soda, and the plastic lid that was closest to fitting didn’t stay on the cup at all. The cashier, Daniel, had his name tag on upside down. He scanned the barcode on the cup, but it wouldn’t scan. He typed it in, and then just stood there. I had to ask what I owed. I went away shaking my head. It would make a great comedy sketch but not good for real life.Update: after a formal complaint, today I found fresh iced tea and new cups that fit the lids. Much improved!Update 2: two days later, the cups that don’t fit the lids are back out, causing hygiene problems as well as inconvenience as people try to find lids that fit, and the tea is stale.

The curly hair cashier with glasses did a bait and switch with the lottery tickets. Gave her multiple only winners and switched it with a non winner before she handed them back to me with less money. When I confronted her about it she started to act funny. She needs to get fired ASAP if you read this and are the owners
