Says it's 24 hours, yet they're closed at 9:04, who runs these hours because I know they just chilling, doubt it's actually closed they just ain't tryna work it seems. Went to a different 7-Eleven and to no surprise, they were open

Very frequently out of gas. Stopped this morning at 5:04 am, actually started pumping gas, tried to go inside but doors are locked with signs saying “No Gas”.

Rude cashiers here. I hope the owner responds to this and fires the black girl who goes around calling herself the assistant manager even tho I know there isn’t one at this location. I talked to the area supervisor and she told me so. When I was overcharged I was explaining what I should have been charged and the rude cashier told me she could count. I couldn’t tell because I had to tell her step by step what I should’ve been charged. I’ll never shop here again.

6-16-23 very rude and disrespectful lady at counter. Such a shame that people that rude work in customer service won't be getting mu snack and $100 a week in gas here anymore.

I wish I could give this place 0 starts. Scammed. Charging extra for their items. Very unhygienic place. Even coffee was sooo old. Please close this place ASAP.I am not sure how 7 Eleven is even allowing this place to be open. I have never seen this type of operation at any 7 Eleven store and this many 1 star reviews. Owners clearly dont care about their customers. If they actually did, they wouldn't be arguing with reviews. And get a better team who are not scammers and actually keep up the standards of 7 Eleven.

If I could leave 0 stars I would, and I’m not normally a negative person. I was so excited when I found a place that had the gas I needed. Little did I know the customer service is terrible and that P.O.S. Cashier stole my money and hung up on me when I called back to know when I might be getting my refund, it’s been almost a week and still no 35$ to be seen! Don’t go here if you want a positive experience.

This is not the first time this location has tried to get away with charging more for the items they sell. This time there was a clearly identified sale which was not honored. The cashier said it was marked as a "reward only" promotion. However, the sticker on the cooler door indicated nothing of the kind. She tried to convince me it did, but it didn't. I hadn't been back to this store in years for this exact same behavior. I took a chance that things were better, but I was wrong. If you shop here, you had better add things up as you go, and be prepared to argue what you owe. Or you can do like I do and just go somewhere else. - zug
