Unfortunately my step father got locked up so I had to go to the atm since my bank was closed to get the bail money. I understand it was a lot of money but my bank approved the transaction and I had my ID and cards in my name to prove it was mine. The ATM would only take $100 out at a time and I need $2000. So it took a while. When I did the first half the cashier was giving me mad looks and even kept asking if I was done and harassing me about it so I left.
I went back a bit later to finish the second half hoping she wasn’t there but she was. And again she was giving me a hard time about the dam atm. I understand the situation looked sketchy since it was a lot of money but that doest mean she needed to yell at me across the store to basically hurry up since her manger was getting alerts and then proceed to tell me I need to go to another location. Like if you just came up to me personally I wouldn’t have mind explaining the situation but all you did was harass me the whole time when I could have been finished if the dam machine gave out more than $100 at a time.
If my bank wasn’t closed and I didn’t have to get on a plane in 5 hours I would have just gone to the bank. But this was my only resort and she gave me such a hard time I don’t even get to finish which is now an inconvenience. I definitely believe she was profiling me. I am a manger At Macys I’m storing on customer service and even tho it’s a gas station that customer just wasn’t it.

I went in to 7:11 this evening to take out money and put money into my chime account. I found out 711 had a barcode on the chime account to where they can scan it. And I could give them the cash deposit. The employee told me. I cannot do that. So if I'm not allowed to do that, 711 should not be on the chime account. This is ridiculous. This is not the first time I've had issues with 711 since they've been back in Texas. I am pretty sure I am not the only one that says this issue.This is the one on Jones road.She wasn't helpful and if they do not want to have be helpful.Please have employees that work there to specifically help the customers properl 711 has some kind of deal with chime.Because you are able to take out money and deposit it.Why isn't that I could not do that with that store?This is ridiculous.

Pumps said "pay clerk inside" so went inside and waited in line forever just for them to say their pumps were not working.

This place is horrible. Marlboro reds are usually out of stock, employees take their sweet time addressing you, and today the pump takes 15 minutes to fill up a tank going very slow.Hmm...best thing to do is go down the street.

Don’t expect much from this location. Employees are always outside on their phones or smoking cigarettes. I’ve literally walked into to this location at midnight with no employees even working. They also don’t honor discounts on products clearly displayed in the store. It’s just a 7 eleven but still, do better.

Absolutely filthy.Was enjoying the fun espresso machine here until I stopped to make one again and the slimiest most icky bug ever was just so comfortable crawling around, even right underneath the hot steam. Totally dirty machine I realized.I left just so disgusted and disappointed. That was the coffee area, I don’t want to know what’s near the sugary stuff.

I don’t know her name but there in a old white lady that works here every time I come in the buy a food item it’s always a problem either she has to look for the bar code in her phone or look for it I just went in there to buy something and she said she could sell me the 3 little empanadas but cause she doesn’t know how to charge for it and she doesn’t know how much it cost I’m really going to stop coming here it’s always something with this lady

Not the place to buy alcohol. DO NOT stop here. They wouldn’t sell to me at 11 due to time restrictions. I gave them another try and stopped by to buy beer but they didn’t accept my PASSPORT. Yes, my passport… a FEDERAL identification.Save your brain cells and stop at the gas station down the road
