My go to corner store now. The initial rush has died down and it's just an all around great neighborhood store. A ton of variety, and no long lines for breakfast tacos anymore! The 711 Kettle brand chips are heavenly and the nachos always hit the spot.

Night service is horrible.
Walked in asking a simple question if they have western union service. The employee didn't not respond by answering my question by a simple YES or NO but instead by shaking his head.
We all have bad days but no reason to give others a hard time about your own personal matters.
If the job isn't making you happy, than leave it for someone else and fine something that you like.
Zero for customer service.

The prices are not right aleve say 7.99 when i try to pay came on 8.99 also happen with the 3 caplets say 2.99 came to 429 please fix this, if there be mistakes make them to the custumer pay less

I liked to visit this place to enjoy a good coffee, but lately it has happened to me that they don't have glasses the size I occupy and several times they don't have lids to cover your coffee glass...they go from bad to worse...

I have frequented this gas station on numerous occasions, and unfortunately, I've consistently encountered an issue where they are unable to provide change for larger bills. As someone who prefers to budget with cash, this has been a recurring disappointment during each visit.024. this location can not get it together. Shame on me for giving it another chance.

Today is the last and final time I EVER visit this location for food/gas.It has happened for the past week, the person serving breakfast has had the worst attitude.And at first I thought the guy serving breakfast was possible having a bad day. I understand.. but now it seems like that person just doesn't want to be there. Or just picks and chooses his customers.Don't know what happened to the friendly and politely faces.As you can see, 7Eleven(owner) reached back.. but the website shown on the reply doesn't even exit. So much for the major corporate company taking action on there employees..

Every time I stop n get fuel there at least once a week,n I pay at pump they never have receipt paper in these pumps to get a receipt. How hard is it for an employee to go out and put more in there or are they just that lazy?U pay at the pump for a reason to not go inside the store. Very inconvenient for it being a "convenient store"

I live down the street and wanted to love this place so badly. I frequent other 7/11 locations for the awesome breakfast tacos but this place is just not good. The first several times I went they had “run out of the bigger to go plate boxes” so they gave me a tiny serving of everything and wanted me to pay full price. After the first time, I just told them I didn’t want it and went to a further location. You can only claim to have “run out” for so long. Who is in charge of your supply orders?Anyways I gave it time and went back for tacos this morning. Firstly, the lady did not even acknowledge me until well after 10 minutes as she was making eggs and tortillas, which honestly, I get it. You’re busy. But something like “I’ll be with you in a moment” would go a really long way in a situation like that. Anyways, I ordered 6 tacos and it came out to $20. That would have been fine, had they not been so skinny. I’m sorry but I’m just not there yet. I get that times are hard, but if I’m paying almost $4 a taco it should have some substance. Other locations will give you a fat taco. They have a spoon that is the size that the egg serving should be.. so why are the employees shaking egg out before adding to taco and only giving you about half to one third the allotted serving? Especially when other locations will give you an overfilled serving. Which isn’t even what I’m expectant of. Just give me what it should be.It sucks to have a 7/11 so close but still have to pass it up to go to a farther one to get your money’s worth.Customer service needs a serious overhaul as well. You can tell these people just do not want to be here at all. The atmosphere while not full on rude, is still pretty close. Employees can barely be bothered to do their jobs. It took me less than a minute to pull out my wallet and pay, and the cashier was already over it and impatient, wanting to go back to something else she was doing.Someone had spilled coffee into the creamer chiller and I had it in my mind to mention this to the cashier, but with her impatience and sighing, I completely forgot to mention it.I’m sorry, because I really wanted to appreciate this being so close to home, but go somewhere else. Don’t waste your time or money on a sub par experience.I don’t know why I gave it so many chances myself. I just really wanted to like it. So sad.
