Does not have functioning icee/slurpee machine for the last month I have been going... service is fine. Never in for more than a few seconds but the main reason to go for me is just no longer there. If you want an icee, you'll have to try the McDonald's down the road.

Very rude and inpatient cashier clerk repeatedly saying "follow the instructions on the pin pad" and making the customer feel stupid cause there are no instructions on the pin pad and you already saw him scan your RewardsCard.
Bad look for a usually very friendly chain.

Three nights in a row came to this location and it's supposed to be 24 hours but it's always closed and the lady inside never comes to the door or respond to any other customers. Poor customer service. Please hire someone else

Stopped in at 9:35pm. Employee standing at the door shaking head saying they are closed.Obviously this is an ongoing problem. You guys asked me to elaborate but won't actually investigate.?

This store stays closing in the middle of the night at random hours of the night. I did a late night snack run for me and my nieces we walked to the store and the doors were locked. A man sitting in his car waiting stated that had been waiting for 20mins. We waited for 20 more minutes but the man inside never opened the door.

Waited outside for like a hour just to get some snacks. I never got to get my snacks. Cashier wouldn't let me in the store.

They close the restrooms at 10pm and the customer service is poor

A very frightening employee at this store accosted my husband and screamed expletives at him for simply trying to use their restroom. (Multiple f-words). There is NO visible signage telling customers not to enter the restroom. My husband made a purchase and he was dressed professionally, having just left his office job.

Store# 34997 approx 3:30pm pulled in to fill up approximately $50 in fuel asked to use bathroom was refused (do not have public restroom “ ask were does one go to bathroom “emergency “ was told to try across street.. later discovered they allow preference (people not black American males) to use bathroom asked for Manager and owner information to file complaint (and compensation for now soiled pants” was refused any information asked attendant a name and position refused to write it down or spell it refused to identify nor did he wear a name tag) so all I have is solid dress slacks and fuel purchase approx $50 to fill up …. Is this how 7-11 treats their customers here in Dallas???? I have never felt so humiliated and disrespected from a 7-11 store.. and this comes from the black (Nigerian) male attendee how decided he can take my pic but hides his face in office so he could not be recognized!!! Is this truly how 7-11 franchise desires to besmear its legacy ????
