They open back up at 2 am and the atm don’t work no sign posted . I waited ten minutes for nothing. Because the cashier couldn’t just say the atm wasn’t working through the glass. Bad customer service.

Its the worse 7 eleven, dont come here if you can. They wont let you warm up your food, its restrooms are dirty and the coffee machine also doesn't work.

Worst experience ever. So I had an offer from the T-Mobile Tuesdays app to receive a free large slurpee from here and they put the offer on my 7-11 app and when I got to the store they had nothing but small cups and when I asked the clerk he Said that the free slurpee thru the T-Mobile Tuesdays app was a scam ( even though it's a valid and real reward program that T-Mobile gives all its customers) and how that this location is the only 7-11 that does not honor it even though tho T-Mobile partnered with them in order to have this offer and have it on the 7-11 app the clerk claimed they have already tried 200 times( which I Believe to be a lie) and it doesn't work Even tho it's thru there company and there app. I thought then maybe this location was franchised so that's the reason why so I asked and the clerk said no they're corporate. So please make it make sense how a corporate partnership with another corporation wouldn't allow the offer to be redeemed at ALL corporate stores? To be honest I highly believe that they just didn't want to do it or were heavily under prepared for it so couldn't honor it either way to lie to a customer and make up a story about how they already tried 200 times is ridiculous they do this at this location every single time there is an offer from there partnership with T-Mobile. And when I tried to call 7-11 corporate no one answers. Can someone please get in contact with me from corporate I'm begging you please!

Just got off work and went in to buy a Straw-Berita these people got LARGE PADLOCKS on the coolers. What a turn off? So ghetto smh.

Don’t have things together you have to ask for everything like container in which nachos go , plus they don’t have side condiments that all other location have to be honest it ruined myNachos with no jalapeños and I got grumpy and then proceeded to makeMy bf mad pleaseOrder and have the stuff every other location has

Good service, employees are always nice. But their coffee/latte machines are always broken, which is a big deal cuz that’s what I go to 7/11 in the first place. also, last week the gas hose nozzle fell on my head, idk how that can even happens

I would give zero stars if I could. The man working there at 3am (overnight shift), did not help me at all as I was having an emergency. I needed his help but he just kept saying “I don’t know”. I even tried to be reasonable and asked him if he knew any place nearby that I could use the restroom, and he just kept repeating “I don’t know” in a way that he didn’t care about me. I was in pain, and was hurt that he didn’t even try to help me in some way.I rushed to a different 7-11 nearby, and the other employee was an absolute angel who helped me.There is nothing wrong with the company…only the worker here.

This store is so ghetto, I literally get off the beltway so I could buy beer for a party, and they had locks on beer, guy working didn’t want to help me get beer out . I was about to spend more than $200 on beer.Bad service . Go elsewhere !
