The Laredo tacos. Stay away. They don’t cook the tortillas right they still raw. The ladies touch their hair and scratch their face. They touch everything around them with the gloves on and then go and make your taco with dirty gloves on.. The coffee machines never work. Needs better management.

This places restroom is absolutely DISGUSTING….. hasn’t been clean in god know how long. 7/11 should be ashamed to have their name on this place……. Should call the health department. If the restrooms that’s open to the public looks like this then I can ONLY IMAGINE what the kitchen and food prep area that we can’t see looks like…

She does not respond when guests greet her. She doesn't care if guests come in.
Hot dog products are labeled as half-of-quarters. But they count as quotas. I told him to either fix the sign or calculate the price in half-of-quarters terms. Then she started yelling and told us that only quota products would be counted and that she wouldn't change anything. Why is she a manager??

This lady was so rude with every client,I was there about 45 minutes , I got some snack -and she was so rude with every one, I bet it' It easy work there and interactive with people, I can u swear and that but she was RUDE, with everybody .

Hands-down, one of the best 7-Elevens ever just in general. The facilities are clean the pumps work without any issues and my favorite is Kim, the assistant manager. She is by far the most helpful and knowledgeable that I’ve ever met. She told me about so much with the rewards programs and paying through the phone and just all their sales that they have she is always putting me on game to what they have going on store manager at another location I hope she can be store manager. Here is absolutely the best and I even asked for her when she’s not here that’s how much I adore and love seeing her and her beautiful smile and wonderful and friendly demeanor just come to the gas station such a pleasure. Someone please give her a darn raise! ?

7-11 has joined the relm of Walmart's Wallyworld!, if it's too good to be true it isn't. Watch what you buy and its prices, Yesterday I purchased a bag of chips that even today clearly state $1.89 the cashier rung it up to the price of 3.89 I explained the price promotion but she didn't care!, she just looked at me in amazement as if you want it or not! If I can't find the original receipt but if I do I will post along with the promotion! BUYER BEWARE! Check your receipt and question your purchase,I will say this wasn't an isolated incident because I had this experience before.

Top notch best customer service experience by far, both the entire store it's cashier and restaurant staff all of them were A1 across the board and best beef and chicken tacos in town!!!!

Bad service trying to get some breakfast tacos ? nobody will serve me the cashier says she don't get paid enough to serve tacos either so I guess I have to go else where for now on waisted my time
