7-11 get you act together. All 4 hi-tech coffee machines were down because they needed cleaning. the cashier didn't know how to work the coffee machine. Almost every 7-11 I've ben to the coffee machine is always down

The best thing this gas station has ever had is the girl at the early morning hours who is super friendly and attentive, she is helpful with the freshly made tacos and is always smiling………Every day I have breakfast there. I promise you that it is worth it. I invite you to come and try the breakfast at this time. You will not regret it.

After my experience at this location today, I decided to look it up. It does not surprise me that the reviews are where they are. Ghetto doesn’t even describe the lady they have working at the counter right now. I’m not saying that we need the epitome of professionalism in a convenience store but for goodness sake, at least get off of the phone while you are checking people out. I don’t need to hear about RiRi and them while I’m trying to buy something.

If I could give a negative star I would. The new employee named Chole had the worse attitude and seemed to be under the influence of something. I asked her if the items on the self were already marked down with the 50 percent off price. Clearly they were not. Her response was this is my first day I don't know. Ao when I asked her for another price check she asked me if I wanted the candy or not. Well duh I want the candy at the price that was displayed not at the regular price. So my suggestion to her was to go ask someone for help if she was not sure. Abbey came out to show her how to override the price. I stated to her that if you don't know something then ask for help so your can assist paying customers. Then she had the nerve to tell me I was coming at her wrong. No you are very unprofessional and you act as if you didn't want to work on your first day. I asked for a manager and Abbey didn't seem to think it was a big deal. So all these people need some serious training. Get people who know how to treat your customers. I will never come to this store again. I will continue to go across the street to my valero with the nice old guy.

At night there's no one there I've been waiting for a hour and a half close to two hours wait for a worker but I guess they wanna get paid just to sit in the restroom.

Worst 711 i have ever seen in my life. 4 machines of coffee non of then r ready manager says she need to clean n it will take 15 minutes. No 8 oz red bull available, microwave dirty as hell, front soda and icee machines floor dirty. I dont know what is going in the store and what happen to city health ppl
