This is the cleanest apartment facility I've ever lived in! Getting through when calling the office is hit or miss, but when I do the staff is friendly and patient. Shout out to Alexis Gregory! They have lots of amenities and resident activities like happy hour and meet and greet sips. Two pools and a gym, covered, secure gate accessible parking, coffee bar and business center. Lobby is great. Resident lounge with large screen TV and a guest suite available for overnight guests. I have not seen one rodent, not even a rodent dropping since the year and a month I've been here. I have no pets, but the building is very pet friendly. Hallways are quiet and residents are respectful and quiet

I love living at 3660, the staff is amazing Alexis and Yanique always greet me with a smile and friendliness. The location is amazing, close to everything, I hope you consider this apartment for your next home. YOU WONT REGRET IT!!!!!

Since moving to this apartment complex, I have been pleased with the staff overall. The manager Younique has been very welcoming and thorough in what the complex has to offer. The front office staff Christina, Brianna, and Alexis have always been ready and available for any questions that I have on the day to day. They are also easy to talk to make going to the office not feel like a daunting task. In the cases where I needed maintenance done in my apartment, the work requests have been completed in a timely manner. The neighbors are respectful and I never have any issues dealing with noise. I also think the diverse staff is a great touch as it promotes inclusivity and a sense of community.

This place is pretty awesome in terms of customer service. Christina answered every email in a timely manner and also helped me if I had any confusion during the sign up process. Can't wait to move it!!!

This is the best property I've lived in Houston. Ample parking, no packages stolen, amazing front desk staff, and a perfect location. I see myself staying here for awhile.

I just moved in about 2 weeks ago. The staff has been beyond amazing, friendly, sweet, and super accommodating. I definitely recommend living here 100/100!! Alexis, Christina, Brianna, and Yanique have gone over my expectations…especially Yanique ?❤️ !! I’m am extremely grateful and happy to be apart of the 36Sixty community!!?

I never really leave reviews but it was a must that I did this time. I am beyond pleased with my new cribbbbb. I had help locating 36 and it was one of the first apartments I toured. I knew immediately that I wanted to move here and I’m so glad I did. Christina has been amazing throughout this entire journey. She worked with me on pushing my move-in date back and I am super thankful. The staff is super friendly and inviting. I love their energy. Overall, I am extremely pleased with this process and my new humble abode(:I hope others can say the same!!!

This has been one of the best moves I’ve ever had! Christina at the leasing office is amazing and makes sure all your needs are taken care of along with the other ladies at the leasing office! The staff is sweet, kind, caring, and understanding. This is my favorite apartments I’ve lived in so far and excited to be apart of this community!

I've lived here for a little over a month now and have had a really good experience. Unlike a lot of other apartments I looked at before signing here, the staff was super helpful and informative. Breanna and Alexis were amazing and answered all the questions I had, and just made the move in process super simple. The apartments are really nice and the amenities are great. Plus they don't charge a ridiculous amount of extra fees. They have a courtesy officer which is super nice assurance for your car, while being in the loop. Haven't had any issues!

I have been in my apartment here for almost two months now and I have nothing but high praises to say. They worked with me on my move in date several times. I was supposed to move in 8.23 but changed to 8.16. Then I had ro change back to 8.23 due to a hospitalization. They allowed my aunt to pick up my keys. They allowed my furniture to be delivered and sit outside my unit I was able to retrieve it. Anytime I put in a maintenance request it is resolved within a few days. The AC was repaired the same day. Alexis is boss! The day I moved in, I was stressed and still recovering. She helped me every step of the way. The manager, Bri corresponded with me regularly about the approval process. I didn't have the correct key to my storage unit and Christina stopped what she was doing ro ensure I got my key. I recommend these apartments to anyone.

I moved in back in July and i will share with you my experience.Before deciding, I was about to move in to the other compound next to them, but during my initial tour at 36sixty, I had the pleasure of meeting Christina, who truly was amazing!! She really excelled in making the place feel like home, her warmth and professionalism showcased the property's commitment to excellence, a major influence in my decision to lease here, because i always look for what type of personnel the company hires. Christina's friendly demeanor and assistance ensured a seamless move-in experience. Her consistent communication and attention to detail ensured that all my needs were met throughout the process and assured me that she will always be there if i need anything. Additionally, she made sure that the apartment itself was very clean and comfortable prior to my move in date. Everyday now when i go to work, passing by the lobby to get my coffee, I am met with cheerful smiles and positivity by three wonderful people, Brianna, Lexi, and Christina, they always add positivity to my day with their good spirits ! Thank you for these three people for making my experience living here so great!
