Even if it shows one star, I rated it 0 star. Worst apartment ever. Our AC was broken from Friday til Monday. Our apartment been in 86 degree for the whole weekend. We still don’t know when will our AC be fixed. We had to leave bc of the heat. Plus the AC system was too old that leads to 300 dollar electricity bill in summer. When we ask about who’s responsible for our inconvenience we were told to ask for our home insurance but they are not responsible for the AC. Pest control is a disaster, trashes and roaches are everywhere. They over charge you for water and sewer. Words are not enough I’m already waiting for my lease to end.

This new management is horrible. Check your ledgers they are stealing money from us. My renters insurance is paid for the year and have recently noticed im getting charged for it. I spoke with them about this and they did nothing. I had to go in, bcuz they dont answer phones and u cant pay your rent without u being charge the xtra fees their adding . CHECK YOUR LEDGERS THEY ARE STEALING. I will be filing a police report as i have all calls and interactions recorded, this is considered theft.old management left and it has been a nightmare as a tenant here. Dont move here because they do not care and they do not answer phones or email.

Worse apartment management ever. You can't be nice to these people. I ask several times for pest control to come and bomb my house and get rid of this massive hornets nest. These people are textbook definition of stupid. I tried being nice and everything but nope it's been almost 2 weeks since I signed the lease but I can't move in because of all the roaches. 1300 a month and yall can't get a simple pest control out to my unit. This apartment needs a new management team because they do not care about you after you sign the lease. Horrible Horrible not to mention my washer was broken and it took me having to yell at them to get it fixed. Save your money folks this apartment community is not worth the hassle.

I do not recommend anyone to live in these apartments right now. The administration is super bad and the service is super bad. The complex is super dirty and the pool is pure mud. Right now it is one of the worst complexes in Houston to live in.

My family has been out of power since the hurricane began, several buildings in the complex has been with power since a day or 2 after, my family has called and done everything we can for an update or at least an understanding of why we’re still out of power while others have it just to get the run around. Everybody here pays rent, everybody works and takes care of their business so I’m confused as to why we can’t even get a simple answer with good reasoning about why we have no power still a week exactly later?

I was supposed to move in on Friday they didn't generate a lease in time so I had to move my day to Saturday when I picked up the keys on Saturday they didn't even know where my keys were they weren't sure what unit I was supposed to be in or anything. When I got to the unit there was paint splattered all over the floor. overpaint on the baseboards.the faucet was broken. So I went back to the office to get it situated. I wanted a different unit they told me to come back Monday. So I came back today requesting a different unit again and they told me the resolution could be the fixed unit all that they should have fixed in the first place. I told them I wanted a different unit they told me it'll take almost 2 weeks for it to be ready. I was supposed to be out of my spot on Friday this is ridiculous. After they get your money they do not care about you. I will be looking for somewhere else to stay to be honest

Poor management (new one), loud music at the pool until 6am!, non residents overcrowded in the pool, not a single parking spot!!, trash everywhere!!

I do not recommend anyone to live here! The situation is critical with the cockroaches, they pay for fumigation every month and they never fumigate. I have been with broken air for more than 5 days and I am tired of going to report it, they take me for crazy because there is no kind of respect after the prices are so high there are no conditions

Since this administration has been here, everything has been chaos. It's really not worth it. You pay a lot for mistreatment and rudeness in the office, especially with Mrs. Mía. The situation is incredible. The swimming pools are always closed in the summer and the spoons are everywhere. Even in the room they made me pick up everything from the drawers in the kitchen and bathroom!!!! They were going to come to fumigate today from nine in the morning waiting for them without being able to use the kitchen and their response at 5 in the afternoon is that they are not going to fumigate today because they made a mistake and I placed the order since last Thursday in a week they did not It was enough to fix the mistake and when you complain about something it's as if you weren't talking to them.

PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!!!
I lived in this place since 2017 and I have gone through 3 new management but this one took the cake. I finally move out thank god and they still making the process a big problem from April not billing correctly and from May having a lot of use pay more than usually. Gates are open all the time pool and gym always close and dirty management are rude and never available.
Illegals charging more from what your contract says.

Blessed is anyone who has thought about living here and has not done it, there are more beautiful places than this and cheaper places to live... I have tried to break the contract 3 times. so yes, run away.

Never in the 3 years that I have lived here have I seen the bad work of this new administration, the pool closed, the gate open almost all the time because it doesn't work anymore, they don't fumigate and they charge you for it in the rent bill every day, the rent is more expensive. It seems unbelievable that they demand so much from the tenants and you do not comply with what you are given in the condominium. Today I arrived, I go to the pool and I find it dirty and closed. It is summer, we pay 2000 dollars in rent and for one day I want to enjoy the What does this complex offer and I can't, that's why I gave my notice that I'm moving to another place. I'm very disappointed. Never in the 3 years I've been here has there been this type of problem and even less so with the pool, it was always clean and open on schedule, do your job. and provide tenant satisfaction as always

Pool its been closed for a month, both of them, kids like to swim and play there, this condo its beautiful and pretty quite, but if you are plannig to lease here because of the pictures of the swiming pool, you are wrong, ..!!...I hope administration read this and take actions to give customer back the relax and good time we use to get on the pools...Thanks.
