I’ve been living on property today makes 6months and I absolutely love living here. The management staff is absolutely fantastic… Kristina is the young lady that helped me move into my beautiful home… I’m very pleased with my choice! She has been very professional I felt accepted and appreciated . I have recommended my co- workers to this property. They love their residence. They actually gave us A little party last night my last apartment complex did absolutely nothing for us! Awesome Job to the management staff!!! I love it here!!!!!!

It’s a clean and quiet complex that is maintained very well. Residents keep to themselves and don’t make messes or leave garbage out. I’ve talked to a couple of them and they’re polite and welcoming as are Dylan, Lakisha, and Kristina at the front office. They’re also really intense about issue resolution, often responding immediately to any inquiries I’ve sent them. Some residents do leave garbage out by the trash chute so I think they should install a camera and fine the few disrespectful residents. Otherwise I’m really glad I got in.

On Oct 31,2023 I went to view the property hoping to lease. The staff was amazing as soon as I walked in the door I was greeted with positive energy. Lanisha took me on a tour of the property and I absolutely loved it. The only reason I am unable to move in is because there are no two bedrooms available. But I will continue to check because I absolutely have to live here.

I’ve had a bad experience when applying here. At first everything was great I let them know what I was looking for and the kind of unit I wanted. After a few days I made a choice and we agreed on a specific apartment. I was approved and ready to move in. They told me we’ll email with more details the next day to start the process but they stopped communicating with me. After that I did not hear from them for over 10 days, they never answered the phone over there and didn’t return my emails either. When I called and finally someone answered they said they were busy, quoting, “in the middle of something “ they said they’ll call me back but never did. Finally, after 12 days, they get back to me and seemed like they forgot everything we talked about (apartment size, moving in dates, etc) and the unit I agreed to take and was offered by them at first was not available anymore, they sent me offers of the wrong apartments with the wrong available moving in dates. I just didn’t feel like start all over and telling them again and again what I wanted. I was very interested in moving in here but they didn’t seem to care, I just finally decided to go somewhere else.

Just left the leasing office after wanting to inquire. A leasing agent, older white woman was gossiping with what seems to have been a tenant for about 10 minutes while I waited. They both saw me as I entered the building but the leasing agent did not acknowledge me and then they proceeded to close the office door so they could continue to gossip. The tenant I’m assuming looks at me and asks if i need something and I advise that I was coming in to inquire and I asked if there was another leasing agent that could possibly help me and she said no. I advised that I would just leave and she said okay and proceeded to close the door. Horrible customer service to a future potential tenant! I’m pissed!

Update on my review nobody here know how to work start with the manager who is very racist and the coworkers when they want you to come here they are nice but once you live here they don’t care any more about you I would like to give 0 stars “Luxury apartamentos and best experience to live “ do not lie to the people. Horrible customer service I just have 4 moths here and I want to move out again I went to the office to speak with the staff also the manager for many issues with my neighbors that live in the apartment above me the answer from them it was “just be patient” what kind of answer was that I just saw they didn’t want to help me literally they looks like doesn’t care that I don’t feel comfortable whoever ask me for this complex I”ll say don’t waste your money here people see my review please don’t come here

I have lived at 2626 Fountain View for almost three years and have loved the service Kristina and Joshua have provided. They are the first team I have encountered who genuinely care about their residents. The apartments, hallways and common areas are usually kept clean, any time there's been an issue in my unit their engineering team has responded quickly and efficiently. I haven't had many issues besides people parking in my reserved spots but the office never lets me down, they take care of the situation. Im a homebody and dont hear loud tenants or any disturbances. I dont have issues with roaches or bugs. I absolutely recommend, they are quick to reply, they take of their tenants and genuinely care to keep a harmonious environment.

I went by today to tour and get a quote and I’m not sure why but the male leasing agent I think his name is Josh immediately gave me a quote for restricted income . nothing wrong with restricted income but for him to just assume what I make annually was very off putting and quite frankly a waste of my time when I know I make too much to qualify for cheaper rent . beautiful property but my interaction today with your office staff left a very bad taste in my mouth

Horrible customer service. I recently had a tour with Kirsten Reyes. She was not helpful at all. Rude and felt rushed, my tour was 5mns max.

I love 2626! Out of all the apts I’ve lived this has to be the best one to call home.The agent Kristen is the true star. She helped me with the process and continues to provide a great service for me and my fiancé whenever we need anything. 2626 Fountainview is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

If you value peace and quiet please STAY AWAY. This is considered a "luxury" building but the floors are made of wood and not concrete so you will hear ever singles step your neighbor above you makes even though while signing your lease they tell you you will not hear any noise from neighbors. It has gotten so bad another neighbor and I have purchased noise cancellation earbuds so are sleep sis not disturbed. I feel like I am living in a box that is always vibrating around me with noise. What is worse is these residents are allowed to make as much noise as they want without any real consequence. Also the amenities for the price we pay in rent is subpar. For example the gym could use a major improvement. If you value peace, quiet, and respectful neighbors, look elsewhere!
