Can't seem to open on time on random days. Sometimes Mondays, when they've been closed overnight, and sometimes on weekdays, when they were supposed to be open all night.
Bunch of us standing around at 5 am, wondering what's going on.

I used to love this place. They have let it go so much. 24 hr fitness, if you are paying someone to clean, and maintain this location you are wasting your money. As soon as you walk in to the bathroom, you will notice. It's filthy. Half if the machines are not working properly. So sad ? it's a great location.

They need to fire the big dude that “manages” this place one time I was approaching the counter to purchase and energy drink he sees me and just walks away into his little office then he had the audacity to tell me put on a shirt at the end of my workout knowing damn well people also be having their shirts off and there’s no air conditioning so they need to fix their priorities instead worrying about me having my shirt off and they’re machines dirty as hell like how hell y’all have a department that cleans but can’t clean worth of squat and they’re machines stay broken

Super horrible pungent odor. Been to many 24 hour locations and this was by far the worst. Also saw few guys not even scan in. They just went straight to the gym. Not coming here again.

There is ample of parking at the location near Westheimer and Dairy Ashford. To keep the equipment clean, they supply paper towels and disinfectant. There is a basketball court here, which my kids love!

Avoid this location if you can. Filthy, unhygienic.
I've been a member for a year, staff is friendly but I'm increasingly frustrated by the poor cleanliness and management. Restrooms are filthy, mirrors are smudged, and the floors are rarely mopped.
Additionally, the gym sometimes doesn't open on time; on July 1st, we waited until 6 AM with no staff present. Had to visit another location which was miles ahead in every aspect and offered a far better experience than this location. I come to this location because it's close to my house and saves me time before work.
Management must immediately enforce strict cleaning and maintenance protocols. Members deserve a clean, hygienic environment that reflects our membership fees. This situation is unacceptable and needs urgent attention.

I've been to many gyms, 24 Hour Fitness gyms included, and they're generally almost always at least "okay". I couldn't say that for this gym though. Despite being one of the newer 24's, it's easily the most poorly maintained one I've had the displeasure of visiting. More than that, the place is straight-up ratchet. The main area is one giant box room that's kept at what feels like 81 degrees. The men's locker room is pretty dirty and often trashed. It's funny that I saw another recent review attesting to the cleanliness of this very same locker room which I saw a dead roach on the way out of.

I haven't been to this particular 24 for awhile. I was expecting a nasty locker room smelling like urine. I was wrong. The locker room was clean. I can even see the original color of the cement between the tiles in the men's restroom. I appreciate cleanliness. Job well done ?

This is an update to my previous review when I said great. But now there are terrible, dirty bathrooms, not enough tissue dispensers, and they have changed their schedule to midnight instead of 24 hours, and weekends to 9 pm. Most of the machines need renewal, but management does not care. Also, managers and staff do not correct people's behavior when many times I have asked them about issues with people reserving 2 Machins at the same time. 24-Hour Fitness You need to do better.

This gym is a joke they color so far out the lines that I don’t even think they know where the lines are. This gym at one point was dirtier than the Luisiana gym that was closed down. Even some of the instructors don’t follow the rules. There this weird lady name LaShaniqua or something like that... she started some random LLC, I think its called Spin Boss LLC, this lady tapes everyone in her spin class without obtaining any consent. I have no idea if I should sue 24 hour fitness or that Lashiqua lady's LLC.
In their defense they are barely making any money so it's understandable why they would put little to no effort in maintaining the quality of the customer service.
24 hour fitness gyms are actually a bit rundown throughout the nation. In my opinion I think it may even be a dying franchise. There are too many newer and better gym franchises out there that are open 24 hours and fall within the same budget, if you like these lower end gyms.

i got the right to try out for 3 days over the internet, and for this right to try out, they didn't let me in when I came to the gym, while there was no information about the time on the Internet.
