Floors dirty, restroom/locker room always dirty, leg extension machines bolts/parts are loose, hamstring machine has been broken for the longest and hasn’t been fixed, needs upgrades, sauna stinks…
-Went again today and immediately left because of the strong urine smell in the bench area. Not coming here anymore.

The installation requires maintenance. A lot of mold in the sauna and pool. a little dirty

They locked me in to a 6 month payment plan when I just wanted a 1 month membership while I was home, really the biggest scam out there. The online customer service is awful. Highly recommend joining a local gym instead of this piece of junk corporation.

Jacoby is Great ! He made coming to the gym an even better experience. This location is convenient. It could be better, but I feel that for what they have, they are making it work. The company itself should consider keeping this location & spending a little money towards it, to help it become better as it once was. The more money the spend on the upkeep, the more money they will make because people will want to be here more

Pool is closed after hurricane beryl and no eta on when re-open.
Many exercise machines not repaired. Gym appears to be closing soon which is a shame. May have to find a new gym under different company

They have only one smith machine and no Classic leg curl machine If you in shower with foam and someone flush toilet you must ok dry foam on you because water just dripping. If there was lover than 1 star I would. Poor management

I had an appointment to tour the facility, I was greeted by someone at the frontdesk who said they would let someone know I was there. After sitting there for about 30 minutes I just left cause not a single person had yet to come assist me or even acknowledge me there. No one was even at the front desk anymore either so easily could have just walked in and starting working out if I wanted to or take myself on a tour. I am interested in 24 but unfortunately won't be coming to this location.
