Submitted a card to hold our mail from 12/27/23 through 1/14/24. Yesterday was a holiday so couldn’t pick up. Today went to post office and they had a small rubber banded stack of mail. The rest was crammed into my mailbox. What is the use of asking for a hold when it’s not done? Photos show what was crammed into box
