The rudest cashier I’ve ever met. On the phone the whole time and he seemed very bothered that he had to interrupt his conversation to help customers. He literally said “come on lady” when I asked for cash back after buying gas and water. I try to support local but will not be back here. What a sad state of affairs when people much less customers are treated this way.

Dollar general is closed subway is closed so I went to this place, Bobs Exxon , The have H‑E‑B milk for sale, Bottle sodas are not cold , the cooler is broken. I settled for a turkey sandwich, I asked for Mayo and must pkts , they don’t have any.I had to ask for my receipt and for a bag to put my items in .

Only time i really go in this business is when my sister n i got to Bastrop n go there because my sister makes frequent stops to go the restroom. This place always has clean restrooms. So two thumbs up from Cindylu n her sister

This store has always been a mainstay in my world i loved the previous owners Ron and Deb now that it has changed ownership it has gone down hill largely ?♂️ I could count on the store being open everyday on time, but now thats not the case, its currently 7:12 am on a Sunday morning the store is supposed to be up and running as of 12 minutes ago these days we can't count on the new owners or employees to uphold the standard Ron and his family set the bar at!!!!! All I ask is to commit to your posted times of business its not a hard concept or at least I wouldn't think so I go to work at 5 every morning and I'm NEVER LATE I guess todays expectations of work ethic are lack there of!!! The only good thing about bobs is the female employee who works mornings 6 days a week she's a Rockstar everyone else is lazy waste of space people who don't deserve to carry on bobs legacy.

During winter storm URI this past week, the guys running this store have been price gouging and being extremely rude to and about customers. I will not be going to this station for any reason again while the current owners have these bums running it. People in this community are beginning to boycott this station until they either sell to another company or hire different employees to run this station. They have been reported to the state for their price gouging on water during this disaster, best of luck if you decide to patronize them.
