The new ownership and current management and employees are very customer service oriented. They go out of their way to help and make sure you have a good experience. They also keep the place super clean and it is in a safe location. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Purchased two outdoor drive-up units while house was being completed. less than 6months I was given a email saying my rates on both units were going up more than 70%. Longevity is not what they want. They will push you out if they can rent it for more by raising the rate. This unfortunate is written into the contract. I will not use again and am pulling both my units out. Funny 2 more months until my house was finished, they would have had 5 stars. Bad business practices.
