Clean convenient and a life saver - woke up at 3am from a drunken stupor without eating dinner. Was a life or death situation and the horseshoe bay resort had absolutely zero available food or snacks… I was scared but in the distance was this beautiful beacon. The guy behind the register helped me pick out some good stuff and used their microwave to warm up some Mac n cheese, hot pockets and brought back some ramen to my grumpy girlfriend. She could not have been happier. Guy could have been a little nicer but to his credit it was 3am at a 711 so all things considered he’s an angel. I also got a few fresh cookies that were near the register as a little treat. Like the doobie brothers say, “711 keep on shining your light, gonna make everything alright.” What a time to be alive. Forever grateful. 🙏

They never let people use the restroom. Don't they know if u offer something to the public u have to by law provide a restroom.

The three times I have come here the prices are not accurate and the owner is quite rude and will not honor what the price the tag says. I work jn the area and you can bet I will not be back.

I have stopped by the store in Horseshoe Bay store and have been ok with the service I have received , but Wednesday 1/24, was a terrible experience. Will try not to revisit the store unless I have to , You do not get further in life by cheating your customers. I hope whoever got the gas I paid for and I didn't, needed it . The clerk preset the wrong pump and refused to give me my money back , wanted me to just take the change for gas I didn't even get ,and didn't even take responsibility just said it was my mistake !!! Furious!!! Could have said sorry my mistake would maybe understand you know when you get busy but Nothing!!!! Not good customer service!!!

This convenient store located in the heart of horseshoe Bay is very small not very much room to walk past people. Anybody at the counter checking out will cause a traffic jam. Store was a little dirty and the fountain drinks were not very good. However the clerks working there were really nice. Not easy to get into the store very little parking. The stores not in a good location mostly due to terrain and a huge amount of curves keeping you from having places to park. Be careful when turning in to the parking lot as you crest the hill to go down into the lot you will not see the curb that juts out for some reason. Yyou will hit it as evidenced by the amount of scares on it and around it,,, a lot of people hit it, including my wife. It is not a fun ride and if you have a lower car it will do damage. So beware when you come here you may leave with more than gas and a soda, you leave with a crushed in bumper, bent front stabilizer, Bent rim or flat tire.

I really enjoy this gas station, honestly the most friendly and kindest gas station you will ever enter, there is this lady that works there and she is so sweet to me each and every time I go. I always look forward to stopping by this gas station to pick up my favorite snack so far it is the only gas station that sells my favorite snack. I will always continue to come back to this store whenever I pass by horseshoe bay. Thank you for the amazing customer service!!
