I paid for two pedicures, $45 for me and $30 for my 8yr old daughter. I believe the service was done by the same older man from previous reviews. Ridiculous service. Water was not warm. He was grading my feet in a sideways motion instead of up & down. Did not clean in between my nails. I had to tell him to please clean between the nail. No oil, no message. Did not take time to clean polish after mistakes which there was plenty. I then proceeded to tell manager about my experience and she only sided with her employee. Saying my feet were the problem. In front of other people in the shop. How embarrassing. I paid and left to not cause any problems. Worst experience.

Seriously don't even bother , always change of management and personal. The staff acts like they don't care. I was happy with a lady Cathy but she's not here anymore

I usually come here for pedicures and they're good but this is the second time I get a full set and they mess it up. If you want your nails looking like a 5 year old did them and pay 65 dollars then I would suggest this place.

Owner is the worse yet, she did my nails and after a week and a half later they started lifting. I went back to get them fixed but she refused and kicked me out all because I asked her to fix this mistake. I will be contacting the cosmetology board and complaining to them too. I will NEVER go there again. WORSE SERVICE EVER!!!

Went in for a 40. Pedicure and the older man who did it was rushed and blew right through it. Didn’t take time to even trim my toe nails, I had to tell him to trim them, didn’t cut the cuticles or clean around the nail. It was at best maybe under 8 min. Completely rushed. And rough. That’s how you lose customers, the owner didn’t care about my complaint even pushes for them to hurry. It was a bad experience, I will never return.

The pedicure old guy was ok. The guy that did my full set disappointing.. he wanted to do what he "knew how to do" I just wanted a full French tip set with flowers in 1 finger only and he didn't even try to do it. He just went the easy route.. will definitely not go back. My first and my last time!

Terrible service, I went for a pedicure and it seemed like I was in such a hurry. I don't even use gloves and no clean utensils. I paid almost $60 for him to destroy my nails. They are all badly cut and I don't even apply gel. Well, I won't come back. I had to go to another one. place to fix me

I am definitely coming back! The individual who did the pedicure took his time and was kind. Prices are reasonable for how thorough the service was, the environment was peaceful so that is a plus.

I went in yesterday, the store was completely empty and it was 3pm so there was no need to rush I asked for a round full new set, I have never been so disappointed with a service, the guy who did them definitely had absolutely no idea what he was doing. The white tip was put way too low making my nails look like little nubs and the acrylic application was awful. I paid $60 for this. -___-

My favorite nail salon by far Nathalie always does my manicure and pedicures also my eyebrows, and she does a really good job if you come ask for Nathalie. you won’t be disappointed if you do
