The workers are very polite and gentle with the animals. My dog comes home without injuries every single time ! He is always happy and in a good mood to go here and when we pick him up.”

“I always buy the Appetito dog food here. But there's a shiny bag and a dull bag.
My dogs seem to like the shiny one better. So I ask the female employee to get me the shiny one. But she said it was the same even though the description is different. She had an attitude and told me she would know because she works there. I went again this week and I'm not sure if she remembered me but she didn't offer to take the bag to my car and she just stood there looking at me until I asked her because I'm 63 & I don't have the strength to carry a 40 pound bag.
Other employees have always offered to carry it and have always been pleasant when i say thank you but this girl just put it in the car and left, obviously she remembered me.”

“The training sessions for my Mastiff have been such a great experience!! Alyce has been a wonderful trainer and resource!! She is super knowledgeable, friendly, genuinely loves our pets, and very accommodating and flexible when you have to miss a class, offering to make it up at another time. My fur baby and I have done two sessions of training- 12 weeks total- and every visit with her has been so much fun and a great experience!! And yes, at the end of each training session, our pets have to complete their final exam to graduate- no gown but the pics we take with the cap are hilarious, ending our time together on a wonderful note!!!”
