Very professional staff, great pricing, easy 24/7 access to our storage, gates and storage door accessible from our phones. We had a storage unit here for nearly 10 years and we’ve been recommending them to people looking for one in Horizon City.

What I liked about this particular storage facility was the cleanliness, professional staff and how you can use your cellular phone to open the gate and unlock your unit. Another thing was convenience of it being close to home was a plus. I will be back later in the year. Definitely will recommend to family and friends.

Happy to say that our family has been served by National Storage since 2008 at this very facility. The office staff has always been helpful and so kind. It's like going to your favorite coffee shop, everyone feels like good neighbors. Never have we had one single negative issue. The place is extremely clean and well managed and most importantly SAFE!! I strongly recommend renting storage room there if you are lucky enough to find a vacant unit. Just one last thing, the young lady that manages the place is amazing!!!

I never had any major issues except in the past year they had increased the rates. I was paying $59 a month for a 5x10 unit. My rate increased to $90 per month! I had to vacate, this was a bit too much for me. Sarah in the office was nice though, helped pay my CC over the phone and sent an email confirmation that it was paid.
