I have to give 4 stars as I never worked at Munoz, but met both Mr and Mrs. Munoz. They were so nice and professional. Talked to Mrs. Munoz and was impressed how well she was dressed and acted. So, it is surprising to read the negative reviews. Thought they would be a great company. I did pull a couple of their loads for them and no problems.

This is a company that risks losing your license and your life. For them, their cargo, their clients, and what their insurance companies will say comes first. The driver can wait days in the truck for another load, and they don't care about the safety of you and your family... oh, besides, they don't want to pay for hotel or food when you're stranded. On emergency occasions, dispatch and safety are very bad at responding. For them, the family is only dispatch and safety, apart from that it is worth it to them.

They use and abuse the employees. Don't waste your time. They lie and don't pay you what they say they do. Worst part us, they get away with it. Sad, if they are "family owned" why treat those with families like dirt??

They lie when they hire you, they charge you 250 dollars for orientation , as if they were teaching you how to work, they also promise miles, but in reality it's less than 2,500 miles a week, don't sign anything before they tell you how much they're going to pay, everything else is fine if that's okay with you earn little
