No wait time to be seated. I got a pedicure, the gentlemen really took his time was very patient and had attention to detail. Definitely recommend! The entire staff was kind. Clean place and relaxed atmosphere.

I have never ever experienced such horrible customer service the police were called and the police side with me the mom is rude and hit me in the shoulder well here goes the story I'm from Houston visiting El Paso tx n people have warned me about the over pricing of nails and the quality of them but i had just had surgery and was recovering I wanted to get my nails done and a lot of their pictures they have on their website are catfish there saved pictures from the Internet. I ended up finding one of the pictures they have right here on their page so her son started doing my nails we were having a conversation. He actually did my feet first which she did a good job, this is what he had given me and we started an argument when I told him and he kept telling me he didn't push the acrylic all the way back to Nail and I am Vietnamese salon in El Paso. Got them free recorded the whole situation before the police were called I called the police and she called the police trying to say I was trying to steal things when I sat in the chair waiting for the police to come and she kept telling me to calm down, which I was extremely calm because there was children in there and other people there was a lady next to me in the nail salon so try to apologize to her for what was going on and the owner, which is the mom hit me on my shoulder and said do not talk to my customers and I told her it's a freedom of speech I can do whatever I want, but I would've been wrong if I knocked her out which I didn't so she called the police. I called the police the police Dr they decided with me ended up getting free feet done and she had a soak off the other nails and I was stopping him way before I was getting too further because half of the nails weren't even finished, we need to stop people get their nails done from letting them overcharge us and getting the services that we get there was more on the story and I did record the whole situation from now on ladies and gentlemen if you get bad services and you're letting them know before hand before it gets worse, tell them that you don't like it don't let them get away with stuff anymore. It starts with us. They need us for our business.
