Walked to ask general questions, the girl working was really unprofessional and not willing to provide any assistance. Did not get the girl's name but it was around 3:45 to 4pm on 10-7-2023.

Terrible customer service provided by Amy!They lied to my Friend, about the service being 5G, so she contacted them to demand a refund.She could hardly receive two bars of a signal where she lives.She called them after five or six days had elapsed, she was still within the cancellation period of 60 days.She spoke to Amy, the employee that got her the service and she give her the worst attitude! So bad, I had to write this review ?

Excellent customer service !! They were extremely polite and helpful. I usually don’t like to to go to any metro because they are usually in a rush but even though they had a lot of people their attention to detail is extremely on point !!!

3 diffent times i have been to this location and 3 diffent hours that they open according to staff when door and web says 10am! . its alway been either 11, 10:45, and just now at 10:15 when customers like my self are already working and take time to make a purchase thats getting really old.
