They cancel your appt that you scheduled and waited for a whole month when they harass you about confirming an appt that I clearly scheduled to begin with. Their business practices lack common sense

We have been taking our daughter with Downs Syndrome here for years and she goes every 6 months for a checkup and teeth cleaning. They are amazing, friendly and are the most efficient office I've ever seen. She looks forward to her appointments!

Wonderful practice that really cares about their patients ? I’d been putting off going to the dentist for a few years because my last dental experience with a different practice was not a positive one. The entire staff was very supportive and welcoming. The dental hygienist that did my cleaning understood how anxious I was and she was very reassuring and gentle. Actually looking forward to my next visit so thank you!

I love this place, never had an issue until today. Heard the meeting they had the office manager is rude and loud. Had me waiting for an hour for my appointment, talked about me to her peers because obviously I raised my concerns as to why I was waiting so long. They all kept glancing at me. Someone needs to teach her some customer service and how to treat patients. She is the last and first impression.I asked to talk to someone in charge of her and I was told she’s the one in charge.

Not professional calling and calling no answer take long time to answer calls and my appointment was at 11:30am I called to let them know if I could go at 11:55 and when they answered phone she said yes so I’m there at 11:55 sign in waiting there for long time to someone help me and then to tell me my reservation was cancelled and that there where out to lunch and I also told them on phone to tell me how much I was going to need to pay for visit and they told me that they will be contacted before my visit for information and they never did they just told me now

Amazing doctors! I’ve always had bad experiences at dentist growing up. However here they ask you if you’re afraid and have any concerns then take it to considerations to work around. They’re patient. I brought my two month old with me and they kindly helped when she started to cry but I was getting my teeth worked on. Very trustworthy service. Both times I’ve came here I left with confidence in my smile.

I have called your office once a week for the past two months to obtain my dental records. Each time I call, they say they will send me my documents, but they still need to. I need my new dentist's X-rays so I can get the rest of my dental work done. I am writing this review hoping you will send me these records TODAY. Sadly, it came to this.1. Bite Wing X-rays2. 2 PA X-rays (Done on 05/17/23)3. Treatment plan given to me on 10/26/22Please send them to my email, which you can find under my name. The lady on the phone on Thursday needed clarification on why I needed the X-rays. She said that I could get new scans at my new dentist. Excuse me, but my insurance will not cover extra X-rays when I JUST got them done at your office in May. Thanks.

Horrible experience, I paid for 8 fillings and they only did 5. I was in so much pain afterwards. I went to another dentist and they told me the dentist at this place stuck the filling so high up that it was touching a nerve. They told me only 5 fillings were done not 8.

The whole staff, the minute you walk in are outstanding, friendly smile and welcoming. I had not gone to a dentist in years 20+ and was nervous. The staff, all were very positive and caring. Made my visit a much more comfortable one. Making me feel positive about going on a consistent basis to keep up my teeth. Thank You, never change your way!!

Office doesn't explain cancelation policy. I guess I'll have to look for a new dentist because no one offered to reschedule the appointment just said "thank you, bye". Even the office manager, Jasmin, is extremely unhelpful and argumentative, doesn't let you get a word in to speak. Just go somewhere else, don't bother with this office out of convenience

Dr Verastegui did a wonderful job on my crown. I was so happy with the assistant that was so knowledgeable as well. I can’t say enough good things about this procedure that I had done or their friendly staff.

CAREFUL GUYS THIS PLACE IS SUPER BAD! AND THEY CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENTS WITHOUT ANY NOTICE! THEY CANCELED MY DAUGHTER'S APPOINTMENT. HOW RUDE! VERY DISSAPPINTED! DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Beware of confirmation policy (which was not explained to me)! they will automatically cancel your appointment and fill in the spot if you cant confirm a day prior. They will not try to accommodate you even if you advised them about already having child care and time off from work set up. Do better!
