Bought an Italian cake for my hubby's retirement celebration WORST decision ever! The cake was so dry noone aye it ? my hubby was so disappointed. I felt bad for everyone that got a piece. Lesson learned

Went to buy my ingredients to make tamales. There is plenty of pork meat to choose from. However, cannot order masa anymore. Disappointed!

I absolutely love Vista! Always clean, smells good, atmosphere is welcoming and feels like home. Staff is friendly, and as someone who isn't fluent in Spanish, they're very friendly and do their best to help and communicate. Anytime we need some authentic food, we go to Vista.

Horrible customer service. Went in to buy a couple of things. Paid through self check out. The lady’s that stand in front to “help” you out. Don’t even bother to help. Had a confusion with the bakery bread and I try to have a conversation with the girl “oh you need to put the number code three time got it”. With no response completely ignored me. If you don’t like to interact with your customers please go find yourself a different job.

Always have cool delicious cakes and the chile con queso is out of this world!!! A must-have for any party or gathering!!! The Aguas frescas are always delicious.

Shopped on 09/18/2023 employees were very rude who worked the tortillas area. Man and woman looked me in the face and refused to assist me. No selection on the pan dulce. Might as well shut this store down

They misspelled my daughters name on her cake that I paid 85.00 for. Lety the manager had the audacity to offer me 5.00 off. When I asked to speak with her , she was on break. Refused to speak to me. Amazing service Vista. Zero effort.

Ordered food through Uber Eats from this place, missing couple items( pint of rice, smoke pork and smoke brisket) they send wrong brisket. Soup (menudo) was delivered cold and plain (no onions, cilantro, limes and tortillas) and tripes was a little on the stinky side. They tried to blame the Uber driver for the temperature of the food but the Uber driver came straight from the store to me (3.6 miles) I know because of the trackers. This place just a mess, I should’ve check the reviews on google before I even ordered from them , obviously they have a lot of unhappy customers. If I could give them 0 star I would because they don’t even deserve 1 star. Do not order anything from here!!

So I'm ready to pay, and I'm waiting for someone at the check out, I waited for a few minutes and this lady's (Mayra) that work there see me but don't say anything to me, then I ask to the ladie (Mayra)if it's open and she said no, I told them that If they see me there waiting why they didn't told me anything, then I walked to the self checkout place and the lady tells me to go with the cashier, really bad customer service, they assume that I'm a regular client from here, also they don't have any carts in the ENTRANCE area.
