They wanted to charge me an additional $500 when my teeth were never straight because it was going to take longer to fix them. This was after the doctor told me my teeth were straight and pressured me to terminate service until he saw a couple weeks later, my teeth were not straight, then the workers wanted to blame the customer that it was my fault and I was negligent. I do not recommend this company at all very unprofessional. And quality was mediocre at best

We just finished my daughter’s braces treatment! We’re so satisfied with the results and very happy with the entire process! Took both of my daughters and would definitely recommend it. As always excellent quality care!

Great friendly staff. They work w my busy work schedule. Usually book me around lunchtime when requested if I cant take time off. Would recommend as an adult

I highly recommend Horizon Smiles. I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. The staff had incredible patience with my child. I cannot state enough kind words for Amy and Lalo. Every person I encountered, from the front desk to the technicians, gave us outstanding service. Dr. Vondrak showed wonderful care and understanding for my child and I cannot be more thankful to him and his staff. We had a great experience and are looking forward to their continued care.

My daughter and I love Horizon Smiles! We have had a great experience the entire time we have been going there. Excellent service by everyone. Very knowledgeable, friendly and professional.
