Went in for a hair cut before my daughter's graduation, and showed an older lady a Pic of the hair style I wanted, she started cutting my hair and when I looked she had cut it how she wanted and not how I asked , I will never allow anyone to turn me away from the mirror, all she said is she forgot what style I showed her and proceeded to cut it how she felt would be best, had been going there for many years with my daughters, never again

Great haircuts, affordable and good at cutting hair.
Stylist: Lorena is who I always use and she is great and has good style. The other women cut my sons and husbands hair and they always like their hair. For me I just use her because she was my first hair cutter so I just got used to her ??♀️

The price of the haircut is fair; but so is the service. I've been looking around for another place even though I've been going to this place for over 8 years. I got home, and my wife and I had to cut off some areas that were noticeably off again. It's a weird feeling when the lady stops cutting hair because the TV set has caught her attention. The TV set is a big distraction for them. They cut and watch TV at the same time. Get rid of the TV set, and the customer will get more attention. The customers don't watch the TV set; they have their phones.

They messed up my kids hair and all my kids were with 3 different stylists at the same time they all seemed to mess up their hair. Other than that they were pushing the machine too much hair on my boys hair and my kids never cried and they were crying because they were hurting them and left their heads all red. My daughter asked for bangs and square hair cut and she ended up messing her hair and supposedly she was the main girl with experience and most requested lady. SMH never again! I DO NOT RECOMMEND! This place is horrible for cuts, they cut my children and they even hurt them because they were hitting the machine so hard that it even hurt them and they were crying and they never cry. There were 3 different ladies, the problem was not just one lady but all 3. My daughter had her cut cut and she asked for a pompadour and the same as my children. I don't recommend this place at all!

Disgusted by the service. I took my son yesterday for a haircut, he was very cooperative (usually toddlers freak out) but his cut was extremely uneven. It got to a point where I just wanted to take him somewhere else, she kept cutting uneven and now my son has a stupid haircut with very tiny hair that can’t be fixed for a long time now.

The curly-haired woman doesn't know how to cut her hair. Before it costs me, she tries to convince me to cut it another way. When I finish the cut I asked for, I leave it terrible.

Lorena doesn't know how to cut curly hair. The worst cut they have ever given me.

7/16/23 Sunday.....@230Lorena and Tina,not very friendly.Tina charme $14 rather than $12 for regular hair cut,no scissors were used.#2 on top #00 on sides.She said because I got the #00 and that's extra.Ive been coming here for 4years, Mayra always cuts my hair...she wasn't here today.I just feeled like I got scammed for $2...No big deal,it's the principal behind it...she needs it more than me..Typical

I took my girl here to get a haircut and the person who cut her hair (Lorena) did a terrible job. We had showed her a photo and my girl had given her exact details on how she wanted it. Instead, she left her hair shorter then usual and a lot of parts are uneven. This haircut made her upset and now she has to get it fixed else where. If you’re coming here and are in line and the next available hairstylist is Lorena, I would suggest you leave the store.Services: Haircut

Lorena was very rude and unprofessional when It came to costumer service. She was rough with my son and dug her nails in his skull. She seems very unhappy that she’s working.
