I just had the most pleasant and smooth lab work done incredibly fast. The staff is very helpful and kind.The young lady that drew my blood has the magic touch, I could not even feel the needle. I have always had problems getting my blood drawn in the past but she was able to quickly find my vein.I highly recommend coming here.

The young lady was very nice and had a professional attitude. There seems to be new associates every time I go to get lab work ( in Horizan on Eastlake) this time it was very nice and it didn’t take as long. I liked that.

This review is for the location on 4224 N Mesa Street Suite B El Paso, TX 79902. The staff is very nice and thorough. I have one big complaint. The sign on the front door says, "No Appointments Necessary. Wait time less than 15 minutes" I had to wait an hour! They shouldn't be advertising this on their business if they can't keep their commitment.

They need to place someone experienced in doing blood draws, especially for clients that may be difficult to draw blood from.

I went right after opening at 730. I didn't wait more than 35 minutes. There were 3 people ahead of me. Convenient location. I will return.
