the store was full and they only had 2 guys in the store.
you could see there was other employees here that could have helped. we was in line to pay for fuses for 35 minutes.
absolute crazy service.
the guy that was here was wearing glasses and acted as if everything was a slow motion l.

Big shout out to Ryan who helped me out with my vehicle and provided excellent customer service regarding my battery. It was patient and knowledgeable. With his help I was able to charge my battery and get back home safely.

Absolutely amazing experience. Been to Auto zones all over the U.S. Mr. Sieber was the employee that helped me. He not only helped me with finding the product he treated me as if I was family. If you can give him a raise do it, because leadership and customer service like that goes above and beyond the call of duty.

I went for the warranty on my gel battery and the guy who had been working there for two weeks gave me the wrong one but the manager was always there on the side but never came forward to help him and he misbehaved and I went because I didn't know and I was looking for help, the boy offered to play it because his manager told me to play it myself, the boy offered and played it for me, since it was night and I didn't know. but the whole problem was because his manager didn't support him and my truck started to fail and I had to go back and the manager scolded the new guy who was partly to blame but because he didn't have experience but that's why he had his manager who support him and he didn't.
