We stored our somewhat valuables to us in these units. We moved to California. Twoo days after we put our stuff in unit , it was broken into. The owner notified us and put a lock on for us. Thank you for that but NO CAMERAS so we estimate losses at up to 20,000 dollar LOSS.
And our unit was on back row where without cameras are easy pickings. I don't recommend this place unless you can afford a 20 thousand dollar loss. Calloway County meth heads at their best!!! Stealing from good people. That's why we left this stinking County. I came back to this lmao

I was able to rent my storage unit and do paperwork all online. The grounds were clean and maintained each time I visited my unit. I definitely recommend Hooks Mini Storage for convenience and security!

The only draw back to this facility is that they do not accept payments over the phone. We live far away and i do not trust puting my payments in the mail so i have to wire money to a family member and have them drive 20 minutes to pay it for me. Other than that our items have been well cared for over the last 2 years
