“While on a trip from San Antonio, TX my alternator failed (on a Sunday). By the time we got to a hotel the alternator was seizing. I looked for a repair shop that night. Early Monday I called 84 Auto Shop and explained the situation. They said they could help me but the part was in Texarkana and it would take some time to the part. In the meantime we had the SUV towed to their place. Within 10-15 minutes the new alternator showed up. They had pulled the SUV in the bay and were taking the old alternator out. They put the new one in, tested it, done! The mechanic did a great job and the price I paid was what they estimated. I recommend this shop.”

“I called before I came to see if I would be able to get my truck checked out, it had been stolen and left to get winched out of the mud, i thought it was going to be a huge problem but the associate told me to get it washed and give attention to the wheel wells and the tires so after a good power wash my suburban is as good as before! I'm thankful for that bit of advice when others might have charged me for a make believe issue when I was just way muddy! Thanks again!!”
