I and my family have been getting our Parisa from here since before I can remember. I always make sure to grab a few lbs every time I'm in town.

As a newcomer to south central Texas, I get that parisa is a thing. And, I like parisa. But, on a tip from a kid in the meat section at HEB, we went to Alvarez and got *their* parisa. Now, I understand.

It's a market. It was clean enough. It has been there a long time. I got some perico there and thought it was good.
