This daycare is great. But the classes have become overcrowded. The “teachers” are also ill equipped to handle small children when they need assistants with proper coping skills. I don’t blame the teachers. But I think it’s due to either lack of Directors initiative or possible down right laziness. I am very glad I was able to move my little to a new day care with properly trained staff and also staff that had management support.

We had a wonderful experience here. All the staff were friendly. Never had any issues that were remotely alarming. Bring your kids here. It is a good and safe environment.

This place is awful I can not believe that some of these teachers are still working there they physical abuse the kids!! And use inappropriate language as well. I tried reporting this place years ago and nothing happened. Please parents DO NOT enroll your children here it is not a safe place and most of these "teachers" do not care about your loved ones.

We were at a different local daycare prior to Country Home and there is absolutely no comparison between the two. Country Home far exceeds expectations. We've now had children in nearly every class at Country Home and the experience has been similar. The teachers truly care for the kids. They keep us in the loop. I feel so safe dropping my kids off here. They also stick to their educational curriculum and go on some great field trips for the older kids. They were very helpful with potty training as well. My kids have rarely gotten sick here, especially compared to the old daycare we were at. The teachers do such a great job making sure the kids wash their hands as frequently as possible. They've been great during the COVID pandemic as well, taking every precaution possible. I highly recommend Country Home @ Galleria!

I love this Country Home. My grandkids have been attending this particular learning center since they were infants. The teachers and front office have been incredible. They are caring, compassionate and knowledgeable about children’s needs. My youngest is ready for kindergarten and I am sure she has developed the skills she needs to be a productive member of society due to Country Homes curriculum and the general skills taught by great teachers.

Smells like baby poop when you walk in. It’s just flat out not worth the amount they charge. Some of the older kids during the summer time would be changing in the same room and as I walked by to pick up my little one, the window was clear as day. I personally would not want my older one changing with the opposite sex. Also my son had been set down for a nap multiple times without a diaper change. I noticed a trend when I would pick him up early to discover a diaper filled with BM. It’s been a long time since I’ve had my son there but I thought the review is worthy given the amount being charged.

Appreciation to all the staff (office, teachers, support), all are amazing and show up day in and day out. In particular, would like to recognize Ms Terry as she has the most amazing attitude I have ever seen. Always in a great mood! Thank you all for all the great memories and the hard work. My daughter is constantly commended on her intelligence and vocabulary, thanks in no small part to your efforts.

Country Home has been amazing too us since our son was 3 months old. He has grown up here the past two years and has become like family too us. A lot of people from our neighborhood have their kids enrolled here and it is nice to see the same kids and families grow up together.

My grandchildren have been coming here for a couple of years now. It has always been a wonderful experience! My 5 year old granddaughter is in excell (PreK) and looks forward to school everyday! Ms. April, Ms. Terri, and Ms. Jaylen are awesome teachers. She has learned so much. She can write her full name, other names and words, all the letters in the alphabet, she writes from 0-100, she knows how to sound out words so she can read the word, and she has learned so much more! They have alot of patients with her! My 10 year old grandson goes to the summer camp and he enjoys being in Ms. Kayla's class. She is wonderful with him. He is really hyper and she helps keep him calm and she is very patient with him. Also the front desk ladies are always so helpful! The Directors Ms. Heather and Ms. Maryann are amazing! I would highly recommend Country Home! Thank you for always caring for my grandchildren like they are your own!!

My 3 nieces go to this location and They absolutely love it. They always bring me home their learning pages, artwork and all talk highly of their teachers. When I go to pick them up everyone is always so friendly and helpful with me as well and I have never heard anything negative from them or their parents. I highly recommend this center!

Do NOT put your child here. I thought long and hard about this review but parents NEED to know. I’ve already filed with licensing. My 3 yr old son came home and told me he had a bad day, I asked him what happened and he said Ms. Becky 3/4 yr old class, twisted his nose until he cried because he “was a bad boy”. This is not the first time he said anything to me, he said she flicked him before as well. I chalked it up to probably playing and he misconstrued it as a toddler. Then I spoke with 2 old teachers and both said she and the 18mo teacher (the one with bad teeth) are very abusive and rough to the children, babies and toddlers! He had a bruise on his nose and story hasn’t changed a bit. When I reported it to the director she said she would do an in house review. Well, I took it to licensing as I didn’t trust them to not try to sweep it under the rug. I took my son out and he’s in a preschool down the street. One that also teaches them stuff! This one let babies eat rocks. It was crazy.

Wonderful daycare!!! The staff members are amazing!!! Very clean and kid friendly daycare if I was a kid I would never want to leave.. My kids came from a horrible daycare and transferred to Country Home and that was the best decision I ever made...
