One of the best post offices I've ever had the pleasure of being to. They are very kind, always patient, even when the customers in line aren't being patient or kind. Everyone always has a smile on thier face and takes the time to explain things to you.

Walked in for my children's passports with no appointment. Was able to get taken care of with little wait. Xavier was more than welcoming and made my kids feel comfortable during the process. Thank you again.

I used to love this little hidden gem of a post office because it let me avoid the other horrible busy ones in Cypress. Unfortunately now I’m finally priced out. I began renting their smallest possible PO Box just a few years ago for about $45 per year. I just got the latest renewal fee and now it’s $150 per year!
I understand the cost of everything has gone up, but their increases are just simply no longer reasonable. What an absurd money grab to charge so much for a box that is only large enough to hold a small stack of letters.
Time to switch to a private company for a rented mailbox, which will be closer to my house anyways and costs less money. It’s the only way to save money because the days of USPS charging reasonable prices are over.

It cannot take 30 minutes to answer the phone! Not even the Houston Post Office takes this long!

Today I came to apply for my passport and I can't say anything but thank you infinitely!!!! Xavier gave me exceptional special attention!! He was very attentive, helpful and his help was the best I have received from a Post Office in Hocley. The Post Office should employ more people like Xavier.

Blonde lady that always works the front has a very unkind demeanor. Not directly rude but has a slight attitude every time I’ve dealt with her. Also the people who deliver to our neighborhood mess up all the time. People are constantly trying to find missing mail / packages. And today a courier dropped a sorry we missed you letter without even knocking at the door. I heard the paper slide in the door and when I checked she was driving off. Too lazy to do the job

Went there for a Passport renewal and the gentleman Xavier was not only quick and efficient, but also very kind and informative. Highly recommend this location if needed for a Passport appointment.

Let’s start with the staff at this location is great. But issue is with receiving mail and packages. Our community members have to play game of track the parcel every other week. Not sure if issue is with their sorting the mail or delivering process. Please be considerate of end customers, not everything is refundable and it’s a tedious process to recover the money back for “Package delivered but not received by correct owner”.
