Horrible experience. Requested a move for a 5 person office. Paid $1000 in advance. Was told after paying that they could only schedule the move on a Sunday because the husband works a different Monday to Friday job. They cancelled 30 minutes before they were scheduled to arrive. I didn’t hear from them for 2 days then they said they would be there “first thing in the morning” - around 2 pm the next day they finally showed up. I addressed my concern with the lateness and instead of apologizing they left. They literally left some of my desks in the front lobby of my office building and took off. 2 months later I have still not received a refund of the $1000 I paid them. Do not recommend!

Top-notch work for the cost and were so great about a last-minute booking, too. I hope to not need them for a long time, but I would 100% hire them again!

The 2 young men who showed up almost 2 hours late from the arranged time were not professional movers . My furniture was moved on a dolly with no protection and damaged. My husband and sons ended up assuring the care used to move our belongings. The person “ in the office “ threatened to cancel the movers when I tried to verify their location / ETA since they were almost 2 hours late . NEVER WILL RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE TO ANYONE.

Very friendly and ready to help and accommodate my multiple change of plans. Very reasonable and trusted me to pay online after move-in. The young man who did our moving was incredible! Very fast, extremely careful and great at organizing our storage unit. Highly recommended!

Mike and his team were incredibly professional, arrived on time and stayed until the job was done. They took great care with our antiques and glassware. They also helped us set up furniture n our house, move rugs and redistribute our boxes and furniture among our storage units. We could not have been more pleased with their work and value. 100% will use them again.

They were so professional and super sweet people! I had movers in the past but K&M actually care about their customers! Helped me out last minute by working with me during Christmas holidays, (no one else would) they made it comfortable with good conversation during the process, worked non stop, did everything like it was their own property. It’s a husband wife local business and they are a power couple for sure! Katie handled the huge furniture like it was nothing! ?? Highly recommend!!Thanks again you guys!!Services: Senior moving

I was extremely happy with how my move was handled. The couple was very friendly, quick, and handled our furniture with care. Also very affordable. I would definitely recommend them and will be using them again in the future.

Found these guys on Google. Called on Tuesday was able to schedule a move 2 days later, was a difficult move. They handled everything with class and professionalism, I would. It hesitate to recommend them. And will be using them and only them again for all my moving and hauling needs. A+

They were so kind and helped even after the time they said they would stop. They were super compassionate and caring and fast!! I asked the day before if they could help the next day and they made room in their already busy schedule for us!! Would reccomend to anyone!!

I have moved quite a few times over the past few years, and I hate it every time. K&M, though, made moving easy and painless. Pricing was straightforward and a flat fee for the job. The movers were very careful with everything, and loaded our uHaul perfectly. Nothing moved on the 250 mile drive! If I still lived in the area, I would use K&M for all moving needs without question. TY K&M!!!
