By this being a pharmacy I think that the phone should reflect a professional answering service. It goes straight to the voicemail. I was not aware that they were closed on Saturday and Sunday when I called on Friday the phone wasn’t answer either. now I have to wait until Monday which is memorial day so hopefully they’re open so that I can pick up my prescription. I thought that I had the wrong number because it was going straight to voicemail as if I was calling someone. The last prescription I got, I never even received a call and when I called, there was still no answer.

Went to Coastal Clinic sick. They gave me this flyer to get a $7 inhaler.I called & they brought it to Galveston pharmacy for me. Will even bring to your house. I really appreciate this help. Thanks so much for what you do!

My 5 prescriptions have been ready since 9/15/23. Today is 9/18/23 ...I called and spoke to someone at 10:07 am. They said my last two prescriptions would be ready in a hour and could be delivered after 12 noon. When I called at 12:45, they said they could not be delivered till tomorrow between 10-4. Okay but the lady said I could have them today.. Then Jay calls, by this time I am so angry. He don't care about me being a customer, doesn't have time to be customer oriented and explain anything.....all he could say is " It will be delivered between 10-4 tomorrow.I need my Insulin, my stupid self can't drive over there to pick it up. Because I have no car.Hitchcock Pharmacy again like I told Jay ....you are unprofessional, uncaring, non customer oriented and lousy group of staff workers.

I absolutely love Hitchcock Hometown Pharmacy! The staff is incredibly nice, I call them with all my questions & they're always so helpful. And a bonus is they're Super fast at filling your prescriptions. I recommend this place to my family all the time.

I love this pharmacy and their staff! They are so friendly! During Hurricane Harvey they checked to make sure we had our medications! No other pharmacy does that! All I have to do is call and they get it!

I'm a new local and just found this gem. They had what I needed, ordered what I wanted next, then offered me free delivery. Front desk was manned by the owner, which was kind and personal.Leaving town for an Rx is not inconvenient, BUT this pharmacy has made it a no-brainer.I'm sold. Good work guys!
