I love it here. Everyone is cool and polite. I’ve been here in the morning in the evening in the afternoon at night after midnight before midnight after dawn before dawn and I’ve never had a problem with the staff or employees.

The ATM has been down and so I asked the lady to take money out, she said I could only take out 40$ because, “she is not a bank.” she was extremely rude and that’s sad because that’s the only nice thing about Hitchcock. She was the only one working the night of Nov 22nd.

Never had a problem with this place until Tuesday night (3/9/21) went in around 630 pm to get a beer and cigarettes after visiting my sisters grave. The man at the register was extremely rude to me and my boyfriend and refused to sell to us saying my boyfriend was drunk. He yelled at us for questioning him. We hadn't had anything to drink that day, had just been crying. 3/17/10 is when she passed. Its getting close to that day and it was hard on us. We Will NEVER go again in the evening after this experience. I dont think I have EVER been treated so horribly at a convenience store. I also work at a gas station so I know how to treat people. This guy obviously does not and makes my family and I believe that they will hire just about ANYONE.
