I visited my post office this afternoon and I haven't waited like this at all . Usually it's really fast but today I had 2 family and 4 ppl in front of me and just 1 person helping she asked twice for help. and the 1 lady hind behind the wall talking to her then a men came to sign in couldn't with he's number to sign on the reg either and then once the lady started helping she asked the lady in front of me how could she help her I thought that was really rude of her to ack the general beside her just standing there understaffed but the 1 lady was doing her best and no one was rushing to help her either

The personnel is very nice, but they are so understaffed that appointment times aren’t followed/respected.
I arrived 10 minutes before my appt and I was helped not only 2 hours after my appt time, but after people without appointment who arrived right before me. Also, every time it was our turn someone arrived to drop off a package, so we had to wait because only one person was working. Sadly, you could hear laughs coming from personnel in the offices who weren’t willing to help her.

Cell phone package put inside mail slot inside of the post office 4 weeks ago to get the speaker fixed. Tracking label has never been scanned. It man who works there told my daughter it was in Vermont and there was a mix up in shipping. She went back the next day and the lady checked again (it was supposed to be sent within Tx) and she confirmed what I can see online- it has not been shipped or scanned at all. The NEXT day the same guy said he never said the package was in Vermont (even though he and my daughter hade a whole conversation about it). I’m SURE that the package/iphone have been stolen by someone who had access to that mail slot the morning it was collected.

When I lived in Itasca I stayed at an RV trailer park. With the post office in Itasca we had it set up that they would deliver my packages out there and just leave it by my mailbox or I would wait outside for them when the mail ran and they would give me my package. I gave the same permission to the Hillsboro post office after I moved to a different trailer RV park. Well they refuse to deliver my packages out here under the same agreement that I had with the USPS in Itasca. I was waiting on a heated electric water hose so I would actually have water during these next few days. I have no water now. Needless to say I'm not happy. Amazon will drop a package off at my front door when I'm not here. FedEx will deliver my package at least to the vicinity of my area. UPS will drop packages off here either at the mailbox or at my front door. Needless to say USPS does not get a positive review from me

I really enjoy going to the Post Office when it is the one in Hillsboro TX. Everyone is helpful and friendly, they actually smile and seem to really like their job and appreciate us!

Awesome service!! Went in for a passport for my daughter and the process was so fast and smooth. Paid the fees and we were out of there in less than 30 mins. The employees were beyond nice even when I called days later to ask a question. I was completely satisfied with the service at this location.

We arrived early for our appointment and they had taken us then. The attendant was polite and checked our paperwork to make sure we had all we needed and it was correct. We went to a back office to get pics taken, fees paid and we were done!
