Bought a 2008 Dodge 2500 from Brendon Thompson that his shop rebuilt the transmission on. The transmission will randomly lock in 4th gear and have to be turned off and back on again for it to function correctly.
I've reached out multiple times to the shop with no luck. Their voice-mail is full and I have only been able to reach someone twice out of over 20 calls. Both times I was told they would give him the message and I have never heard back from him or anyone at the shop.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP
If I ever hear back from someone and my transmission is fixed, I will update my review. If I don't update, they could care less about their work and warranty.

These guys got me in and out same day transmission swap on my 16 ram. Great service at great prices I would highly recommend giving these guy's a shot if your in need of repairs . Very good to deal with I had a great experience with this shop.

Man these guys are the real deal! They got me in and out in one day, I have a 2018 f250 that I pull a 30’ gooseneck with daily and the transmission started acting up so I took it to these guys and they knocked it out showed me what my old parts looked like explained everything I needed to know and were very professional too plus the rate was almost unbeatable I highly highly recommend these guys plus with a 2 year unlimited mile warranty you can’t beat that! I’ve put over 3k miles on it know with some weight and it feels like a new truck again even though I’m sitting at 254k miles! Thanks again guys awesome job!!!

I had him rebuild my transmission right before a big trip to Florida pulling a 30 foot camper. He didn’t have all the parts he needed on hand to rebuild the transmission so he drove halfway across Texas to get the part for me and insured that it would be done by the time we were ready to leave. Haven’t had a problem out of it since

Great shop. Got the parts fast and worked with my warranty provider even faster. Had my truck done in a few hours. Took care of me by driving me back to my camp site and delivered my truck once it was finished. Great service and I will be using them again.Services: General repairs & maintenance
