Wouldn't advise moving here unless you're desperate! When you put in a maintenance report it could take weeks if not months to get help, not to mention it was during the Summer and it was our AC we had to wait over two weeks for the maintenance man to come up and barely do anything said it just needed drained but it still didn't work afterwards not to mention it kept leaking rust into the bath tub we bathed in on top of causing black mold that keeps coming back no matter how much bleach you use!! When you pay for covered parking and let them know someone parked in it, they just tell you to call the tow company that you can never get a hold of and even if you do they tell you that it pretty much has to be called in by the facility... When neighbors underneath you don't like that you can't help making noise... It can be the most mundane sound not only do they harass and scare your kid's but they come beating on your door and when you put a report in for management so that maybe something can be done all they say is call the cops and pretty much give you a sob story... There's black mold throughout the kitchen cabinets which btw they paint over so that you don't see it until it shows through the paint... Got told new carpet was put in but when you use the shampooer it was pitch black and took multiple scrubbings to get it somewhat clean and the management is honestly belittling... You put one thing on your balcony you get told that you make the apartment complex look trashy but yet other ppl don't get the same treatment obviously because we've seen trash,a bunch of bikes, and just junk stacked on the balcony but yet your one item looks trashy .... The rules are so strict it isn't worth it! The tubs peel because instead of fixing them or putting in new stuff they paint over it! Against so many health rules!

Just moved in 3 weeks ago the AC do not work it blows just a little bit the manager sent someone to check the AC they came back and said it was fine the air blows just a little bit is running 78 to 80 in my apartment every day

Our son and granddaughter live there. It appears to be a nice and clean facility. We have not heard of any complaints as of today, but will do an update edit if things change.

Very poorly maintained. The woodwork on the outside of the building is rotted and decayed. The apartment we stayed in was cockroach infested. The air conditioning drained into the bathtub creating black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. No exhaust fan in that bathroom. We left the apartment cleaner when we left than when we arrived and the lady in the office docked our security $50. Bottom line is this place is border line unlivable and the health department should go there. I lived there three months and paid the termination fee to get out.

A quiet place to live, check the apartments before signing the contract. That it is clean and with new carpet, they will find something not to return your deposit. The only bad thing there is the bad character of the office lady, be tolerant 🙄🤦🏽♂️.
