“Based on the reviews I thought I'd give this place a try. I had two cracks in my rim that was constantly causing air to leak. I dropped my car off here for a day and they fixed both for $165. The lady at the front desk was really friendly and helpful. I highly recommend going here. So far I can say there hasn't been any issues. Seems like they did a great job! I'll definitely be returning if I need any other assistance. Thanks guys!”
“So this happened today. I was driving home from work and while driving I literally thought the frame of my car was going to break in half!!! I stopped at a tire shop to make sure my tires were okay. They inspected my tires and said everything was fine and I was safe to drive. ? Well I drove to my mechanic and as soon as I drove up, my mechanic said you've got something in your tire I heard it when you drove up. Sure enough this is what was in my tire!!! This big bolt made my car feel like my car was going to split in two while driving. I got my tire fixed and now my car drives smooth again. All this construction in San Antonio cheese and rice!!! That thing is gigantic!!! I feel so blessed to have a great mechanic who is honest and trustworthy!!! Thank God I didn't get stranded with a flat tire. God is good!!!???”

“Came here , no wait time straight into business, took less than 30 mins to fix my bent 20’ alum rim! he charged me for a simple 1 bend fix , him or me not knowing how many bents it actually had , he went with a set price and I paid , it turned out to be multiple bends ,after seeing the extra service it need I did not have any more cash on me to cover it .however the owner (Ralph) was super kind and took care of the bends not included in the price I paid, he also took care of a nail in my tire completely free !, very honest and professional work from these guys , i highly recommended anyone with broken or bent rims to shop by and show them some love ! They deserve it”

“As I was leaving work I noticed a huge bubble in my tire,so I immediately drove to discount tire. I showed up 15 minutes before they closed. I received wonderful service. I wasn't expecting to but tires, and was apprehensive. The gentleman I talked to told me he didn't feel comfortable with me driving home with my tire like that because it could cause a blow out, so he gave me a great deal on some new tires. They put them on very quickly. I didn't feel rushed, or pressured to buy anything.”

“Service manager is very honest. I had tires that were slowly leaking out air. I had thought it might have been bad valve stems. But he said the new tire caps were the type that needed to be securely tightened or they will cause a slow leak. Replaced the caps with standard caps and all tires have been holding the PSI level fine. I will be back to purchase my next set of tires from this discount tire location.”

“I was in San Antonio today on business, after I picked up my daughter and son in law to go to the meeting I noticed that my vehicle was letting me know that I had a low tire. So I right away found a discount tire and after waiting for about 20 minutes they told me they couldn’t fix it because the hole was larger than a small nail, what a waste of time. My daughter told me about another place so we drove over there. Viramontes tire shop was amazing, had me back on the road in about 15 minutes.”

“Walked in the day before my son's wedding in McAllen. Had to drive from San Antonio the next day.. My exhaust pipe broke off of my resonator the day beffore. Came in they were quick and fair. Did a great job. I would definitely highly recommend Rogers tire and muffler shop!!!”
“Nice guys! I was recommended years ago when I thought I needed an alignment. The guys at that time said I didn’t need one, and I appreciated that they were honest. It was time to get new tires, and I remembered that experience, so I called them. I worked with Jerry and appreciated his kindness when I knew nothing about tires. It was nice that he started with a lower-priced tire and didn’t try to oversell me something I may not need. I ultimately did request a different type of tire based on brands I know, and he gave me a great price on them. Better than anyone else I spoke to. I wish they offered some type warranty besides the factory, but overall, I was pleased with my experience. I needed to come back the next day to have something checked out and Gil helped me. They took care of the issue right away and all is good. I would recommend them.”
“Excellent customer service from Gabe. Bought a set of tires for my wife's suv and bought a set of tires for my truck. Gabe gave us a great deal!! After a week of driving on my new all terrains, felt my truck swaying. Store manager Tim assured me that the tires just needed to be broken in. He still went ahead and had his technicians check them, balance and rotate them. Got me back on the road pretty quick even at closing time. Tim let me know if I had anymore problems to personally call him and he'd take care of us. Will definitely be sending more customers their way”
“I had to stop and do a review for this location. This is in my area of town and I stop by for air in my tires and for them to actually check my tires. They are so nice, no matter how many people are in line or how hot or cold it is outside. They always take their time to explain to me what's wrong or right. I never feel like I am getting taken advantage of here. They give me recommendations but do not push at all. The are quick, efficient and friendly. Thank you for taking care of me and my tires and keeping me safe!”

“I’ve had to come here for new tires, replacing sensors, and repairing a tire after getting a screw in it and running over a pot hole that left my tire on the rim and every time I’ve had a good experience. As someone who has been almost taken advantage of in the past by mechanics I always feel like I can trust them. I got the warranty on my tires when I bought them over a year ago and they completely replaced one tire and repaired the other one at no cost. (Get the warranty on the tires!!)”
