I had an unexpected flat tire and just made it into this Discount Tire where Logan immediately got me in, fixed, and on the road in less than 30 minutes. It is rare to find this sort of excellent service and the bad start to my day was made immeasurably better by his care, competence, and professionalism. Many, many thanks to Logan and his crew for getting me back on the road. 10/10 recommend and will definitely return!

Jayden at the service counter was AWESOME!!! This was the first time getting tires for our family vehicle. Jayden was extremely helpful and his service is unmatched compared to other tire shop reps at other locations. I watched the other reps here interact with customers and they also seem like great people to work with. I never realized my rims had wheel locks since I bought the vehicle pre-owned. And since I wasn't prepared for the additional cost of having them broken off Jayden came to a resolution that I couldn't have been happier with. My 2nd car is going to need new tires soon and you better believe I'll be coming back to this location because of Jayden and also because of how fast they got the work done. Thanks Jayden for a pleasant experience.

So efficient and friendly. I looked up my tires beforehand. I went in without an appointment and they immediately checked me in. I received a text letting me know when my car would be ready. The guy servicing my car came to inform me he when he started the service and how things would work which put me at ease. My estimated time for completion of service was 1 hour 20 mins to be done by 11:36. I was out the door at 11:30. Amazing job!!

Got a nail in my tire on Xmas day. They turned an awful situation into an easy peasy in and out no big deal. I wasn't expecting my car back in the same day but here I am with two new tires. Big thanks to Tino who helped us out.
Edit: Follow up, July 6th 2024. Got a tire rotation in less than an hour. And free. Still awesome

Just wanted to take a moment to thank Jacob and Logan for all they did for me Yesterday! I needed tires on an emergency type basis, for my 2016 S60 Volvo, and spoke to Jacob on the phone. He got me in immediately! It was 16:00, and he had my car back to me before 17:30. Logan assisted at location to help with the process of my new tires, and both him and Jacob were extremely professional, efficient, and had the best personalities!!! Thanks for all you did yesterday! Definitely will go back.
