At 12:50PM on August 3, 2023 you lost $35 into your store because of the employee who chose to ignore the customer standing there waiting. I walked in to purchase gas & the "employee" was stocking cigarettes, so I stood there waiting for him to see me & help me. When he did walk over to the box of cigarettes that were right there in back behind the counter where the register is & me he just picked up more & went to put those up & then the phone rang & he answered it started to laugh & talk to his buddy because it wasn't a professional call & while on the phone walked back my way & grab more cigarettes. I stood there for like 4 minutes even the guy that worked at the Dickeys BBQ that is in there saw me (he has nothing to do with the Fuel Maxx so he could not help) & he was way farther then Fuel Maxx employee. I did not say excuse me because I know he saw me, but chose to ignore the customer & I'm sure him & his pal laughed about it after I left. So since you are in a business to make money off of people I think you need to have a talk to this employee because he made you lose $35 plus more because I wont being going there no more I'll go to the shell that is part of a truckstop not much farther from there. I did & I was in & out of the other gas station less then 5 minutes & that was paying cash inside & filling up. He couldn't take less then 1 minute to help me. I WILL BE TELLING PEOPLE DON'T WAIST THERE TIME.

This establishment is about 4 years old and at the beginning everything was very good but in this last year everything in this store is HORRIBLE !! The workers at the taco corner are lazy and rude, the bathrooms are very dirty or don't work and everything that is sold there is very expensive.It's a shame this establishment is going downhill

Slow pumps when cold outside. Better go somewhere else or spend 35 minutes pumping $20 of gas in your car. Also the cashiers never ask if I would like to use my kroger points. I have to ask myself & they get an attitude when I do.

No star service! The female clerk working on Nov 14, 2020, about 4:10 pm, was rude & unprofessional. Didn’t give me a receipt. She did not honor the advertisement said the previous shift did not remove, no longer on sale so pay Reg price, then laughed about. She started sassing when I was walking out. Never will I go back there. Way to go fuel max! You sure know how to pick your employees.
