Shell employee smoking around pumps. Please pay close attention to them

Slow pumps when cold outside. Better go somewhere else or spend 35 minutes pumping $20 of gas in your car. Also the cashiers never ask if I would like to use my kroger points. I have to ask myself & they get an attitude when I do.
